The website was very well laid out and easy to navigate. I found it very easy to make an appointment at a day and time that was convenient for me. I had requested that my records be sent from my dentist in another state and that is where things started to go sideways. I received a voicemail about a week before my appointment indicating that they had not received my records. I immediately followed up and learned that they had been sent, not once not twice, but on three separate occasions. I had them sent a different way and received a voicemail confirmation from this office on the 22nd that my records had been received and everything was good to go for my upcoming appointment. When I tried to find the office today, I learned that they have not yet changed the name on the outside of the building. While I understand that this may not be completely within their control, this would be a very handy thing to note to people, especially folks who are new to the area and new to the practice. When I walked in I was greeted and asked to have a seat which I did. Within less than 10 minutes I was called back and sort of angrily told that they didn't have any of my records and they didn't know what was going on. I very politely said actually I have a confirmation that you received my records. The assistant then basically argued with me repeating that they did not have any information about me from my previous dentist and I said you know what we're done and I got up and walked out. I do not appreciate being treated like a piece of garbage. I do not appreciate being called a liar. I have a voicemail from your office saying that you have everything you need. If you did not have everything you needed, the time to tell me was before I drove 40 minutes to come to your office. Perhaps my expectations are too high, but when I seek out the quote" best dentist in an area, I expect the office to have their story straight and their act together. I wonder where all these amazing reviews are coming from. Perhaps friends of yours are leaving them?

Dr. Schneider replaced a couple of older crowns for me. Her work is meticulous when prepping and fitting the temporary and when installing the final crown.

Update 12/1/23: I have been coming here for many years and appreciate the consistent level of service I’ve received from both Brei and Mesquite. That said, my original comment below still stands and I was a bit confused when the team was no longer named and highlighted on the website. All my referrals to this practice have included Megan in them.Dr. Brei and his team are consistently top notch. Megan is the best dental hygienist around, although when she has been out her co-workers were also stellar. Love this place.

The staff are very helpful. Dr. Rodriguez really help me to understand all my options. Martha did was careful and also informative. Front desk really makes you feel at home and comfortable. Thank you all.

This office is warm and professional. They are highly skilled and their attention to detail is phenomenal. Dr. Schneider and Alice did a phenomenal job fixing my tooth and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my result

Dr Schneider provides exemplary care for my new crown. She is very attentive to doing the process correctly the first time, and takes the time to explain each step of the process. Her goal is perfection every time. All of the staff at her office are very skilled in their respective duties for proper dental care. I highly recommend her for any of your dental care, as she is a true professional.

Dr. Schneider and Dr. White truly are masters at their craft. I chose this office because of it's reputation with Dr. Brei which has since been taken over by Schneider & White, but it did not disappoint. I've had root planing/ scaling done, whitening, as well as veneers all out of pocket because of the quality of their workmanship, attention to detail, kindness and professionalism. They listen, provide options and let you lead your dental journey. And, their dental hygienists and staff are also excellent! I will continue to be a patient here for many years to come.

Last week I had a routine cleaning with Megan. She was absolutely outstanding, caring, and very knowledgeable. Today, I had my teeth whitened by Alice in Dr. Brei's office. She too was terrific, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Brei and his staff are 5 star all the way!

Brei personally left his office to check on me at another nearby facility where I was undergoing an exam--to check on me and my well being.This type of care is consistent with him and his staff.

Where do I begin....Everyone HATES the dentist. And if you say you don't, you're lying.Let's start with the front ladies, the head honcho's, Angela and her team. They're the smiles and faces of Dr. Brei's office. The ladies work with your busy schedules, throw you on a cancellation list to get you in sooner, are fashionable, friendly, and funny!The staff- I'm talking assistants, hygienists, technicians, anyone who is in scrubs is the real deal. I could have three people's hands in my mouth (I know, sounds gross) and be thinking, "Why in the world would they want to do this for a living?" yet they couldn't be happier and will literally talk about how much they love what they do. I can't chime in so I just nod and say, "Good"Dr. Brei makes going to the dentist normal. My 2022 goal is to put me first, which means- I have to face the truth … I've been putting me OFF which definitely includes the dentist. I could dread the dentist but because of Brei and is his team, I feel as good as one can in the dentist chair.10 out of 10, you need a dentist- I highly recommend.Also, Delta Dental is out of network so co-insurance is higher but guess what... I'd go to Brei and Co. with insurance or not because a good practice is HARD to come by.Sincerely,Once called bug's bunny because of my chompers.And PS. I hate carrots'
