This Ross has the best selection of bedding and pillows. Found some awesome deals $15 extra firm Serta pillows, $5 per pillow encasement. I don't mind they stop me after purchase to check my reciept cause they are trying to keep prices low and deter lowlife theives from taking advantage of them. Good for Ross for doing that.
Big thank you to Deshawn for being the best clerk as he was very kind and professional. They have easy parking and clean parking lot. Good location to shop at in my opinion.

I was trying to get some shopping done for the holidays, and I saw that this Ross was along the way and decided to stop. I found that they had a metered line. There were less than 20 people inside the store. I particularly do not enjoy being made to feel like I am a criminal before entering the store. If the Artificial queue was for loss prevention to get a good picture on my face for security, Well good job. You've done a great job at alienating your customers. My time is worth more than waiting in line to enter a freaking Ross.

I come to this ross all the time. The clerk lady always says hi to my kids and everything. The clothing that I purchased was hooked together and I had no clue so I checked out paid for all my stuff then the sensor went off now I could have been like everybody else and walked out but no I let them check to see what was wrong and I guess the pants that was connected to the outfit was sold separately. So they acted if I was gonna steal something for 5 dollars so. The clerk made a big deal about having to recharge me and I said okay yall the ones who had the outfit together. So because they treated me like I'm a theif I will no longer be going back to that ross. I'll find another one to go to. Just know loyal customers don't deserve to be treated like this.

this is a quiet store that now has mandatory delay for video surveillance and a receipt check. dont get pissy with me just cuz i have no clue about your new wildly unnecessary security measures. i ve been coming here for years but wont be back. unfortunate that your corporate overlords dont have the common sense to not waste money on fear mongering nonsense.

Alarms were going off in the store, and none of the employees wanted to address the issue,we asked them if they would stop the loud annoying alarms? and it was stressful to try and shop. They replied, "we hear it, and we will take care of it in a little while!""

Like the store per say..and apparently they have had theft problems..but the exit is what 10 steps from the cash register and they have security checking your bags as you exit..not busy..I had a bag with 1 item..checked my bag but let some lady with 3 bags waltz on through..makes no freaking sense..

God this place is annoying. Weird policies that are different every time I go, there is always alarms going off from the security tags. If this is what we have to do to prevent shrink then why not just order everything online? (Changed from a two star review to one as I was writing cause I realized how much I hated this experience.)

I just purchased two bottles of cologne from here both of them CK one of them was cologne, the other had to have been swapped out with water, as it had little to no scent... Manager sad because the bottles are sealed there was nothing I could do about it, this bottle was not sealed. She assured me that her employee did not tamper with it and there is nothing they can do. I'm just flabbergasted that we spent $30 on a bottle of water, I could have made that s*** at home. Manager was very rude also. I'm sure that goes without saying.
