Safeway Pharmacy has a staff described as amazing, wonderful, and full of some of the nicest people ever encountered. They provide awesome and consistent customer service, knowing customers by name. The staff is helpful with contacting doctors, using GoodRx, and checking insurance. While most are wonderful, there is occasionally a rude staff member. The pharmacy is noted for not being as busy as others. A key convenience noted is that GoodRx prices here are significantly lower than at competitors. However, customers mention the inconvenience of no drive-thru and the pharmacy's location not being at the front of the store.
The pharmacy staff is amazing. Unfortunately, I see them often and they know me by my first name. Considering that, they are very consistent in their awesome customer service. They have helped with contacting my doctors, using Goodrx and checking my insurance.

Ok I just switched to this pharmacy today and….. Evan was amazing! He was so sweet and helped me with getting an RX number and he told me to call him back after 4 PM, which I did… And what he said is what he came through with. I am so beyond Pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much sir!
