Pharmacy doesn't notify you when your prescriptions are ready, but will call you to tell you that you haven't picked them up and they are going to cancel the order. They don't answer the phone, and if I just show up to get my prescription, it's never ready. I guess you have to be psychic to know when your stuff is ready. Extremely frustrating.

Most of the staff are wonderful. There are a few bad apples, that I like to bypass, but overall service is good. I understand they get busy, so I get it. Only thing is, is this particular pharmacy is never as busy as I have seen in others sooooo... Only one person has been straight up rude and I hate that, so I give it right back and I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Rude customer service is never acceptable. There is always one bad ?. The rest of the store are full of some the nicest staff I have EVER come across, so kudo's to this particular Safeway.

I wish they had a drive thru or moved to front of store. I suppose that I could move prescription to a different store. The GoodRx price at Safeway is 15% of the Walgreens price, so I will deal with the inconvienience.

Jake is the best customer service representative. Matt, in the meat department, is really good with people. The meat manager will totally help you by ordering what you need. Cashiers are kind. Store is super clean. The quality of food is upscale. View of mountains from the store front seating is outstanding. The store has a Starbucks and hopefully they will get a gas station soon. Oh and I like the Safeway app reward system as I can earn points to get $1 gas. Thank you very much Safeway!

This is Sue Fry complaining. I was in safeway today to pickup my prescriptions. one clerk at the front desk was helping one customer ahead of me. two behind the pharmacy deck filling scripts. I waited 15 minutes in line and the two clerks would not once look at me, or make eye contact. So I walked around the store for another 6 minutes. went back, and the one at the register was still helping that one person.NOT ONCE did anyone actknowledge my presence! the two behind the counter could have helped me, but no, not even a "we'll be with you in a minute" NOTHING!!I was so furious with them. I walked out.But you know we're hooked into coming back because of our insurance.If I could I would have pulled my scripts out and gone elsewhere.What happened to their customer service? This has happened to others and I've heard about it.I can understand if they were busy, but they didn't even actknowledge me.

This Safeway is usually a pretty clean and well-stocked location. There's nothing amazing about and nothing too terrible (except for maybe the women's public restroom). Any employee, who isn't a cashier, generally seems to be in pretty good spirits. I'm not really sure why the cashiers seem miserable like 75% of the time and this was true even before all of the COVID-19 stuff. This location has been doing a pretty good job of consistently keeping the carts and other high-tech areas sanitized, so I have appreciated that. The florists they have at this location are also excellent and very creative, so give them a visit.

Place delivery order 6 days ago.. Safeway canceled order 30 minutes before delivery by text message. no reason given..

This store is a lifesaver. Their grocery delivery service has been incredibly efficient and timely. I am 73 and health compromised. It's a great comfort to know that I can follow safety protocols and stay home during this virus crisis. And less shoppers in the store helps keep store personnel safer. Safeway deserves to be commended.

I went to this Safeway yesterday and they had someone disinfecting the wagons for each customer entering and the right inside they had a delightful security guard with an awesome homemade cloth mask made by her Mother! Little touches like this makes the times a little better!

Love this Safeway. In comparison to others more downtown, this one is super clean and organized. I appreciate that the restrooms aren't locked either. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I find the newly updated layout to be easy to navigate and location items. Highly recommend also to download the safeway app. I've been countless times and they always have what I'm looking for in stock. Also the pickup option is nice as well. Produce is always looking fresh and the staff has always been nice. Starbucks sometimes gets a large line but that's to be expected. Self checkout is available and the floral department always has nice displays. Once I purchased some egg beaters which had expired, and they were prompt to fix the issue. Definitely will be back and this is my grocery of choice in the area!
