Amazing pharmacy staff. They were incredibly helpful and kind and even rushed to fill my prescription when it was just sent. Can’t say enough good things about this team.

This is a bit of a long story so, I will relay the bottom line... I actually ran out of my prescription!! I spoke with the pharmacy 12 days before I would need the refill... nothing but excuses... as of this time, I still do not have my meds!! I will be looking to go elsewhere...

I used to go to a Walgreens pharmacy but had so many issues with them. It was also difficult to get someone on the phone to talk to. Someone recommended going to this Safeway pharmacy instead and I am glad I did. I highly recommend going to them. They're always prompt, kind, and helpful.

Instead of telling the truth about actually being out of the common pain medication I am taking, the person that answered yesterday blamed the set back on our Dr. We called him and this was not the case. Then talking with the pharmacy this morning they blamed not having my prescription ready on my insurance. So we called them. The pharmacy has not yet called them to even get approval. The actual pharmacist helped finally. She was very kind in explaining that they had not received the medication. If this was the case, why weren’t we just told the truth. This is the second time they have not been prepared to handle our business. I have never had this much trouble with a pharmacy. To the female employee there that made it harder to do anything, and I will tell you it’s hard for me to do anything at this point, I hope you have the day you deserve.

I personally think Safeway Pharmacies are the best to deal with, and recently switched to this closer location. Another great pharmacy and staff to deal with in another clean, well run store!

The Safeway pharmacist and techs are always so nice and helpful. I always forget to pick up my autofilled prescriptions on time and they end up getting reshelved. But the pharmacist and techs are always so nice about filling them quickly despite my negligence. They always make sure you’re getting the best price for your prescriptions whether it’s through coupons or your insurance.

Hours keep getting shorter. Closing at 10pm in a busy area (U of A) does not serve the community well at all. Not to mention their prices on grocery items are recently becoming borderline price gouging. Go to Wal Mart down the road.

Can't even speak with someone at the pharmacy on the phone - they answer and put you on hold and then it goes to voicemail.
