Horrible at answering the phone. They put you on hold then hang up on you and most of the time whoever answers is extremely rude.

Drove 20+ miles, stood in line for 10 minutes, got to the window and they went to lunch. Now I have to wait some more. I know they deserve to eat, but do all of them have to go at once? They are always slow, but this was just plain rude. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions.

How cheap can Safeway get to scam thier customers. I love the pastry bearclaws. I bought 3 yesterday and when I got home noticed there was very little frosting on each one and no sliced almonds. There about two thirds the size they use to be and there was hardly any filling. I took the last one back and complained to the store manager, he didn't offer to do any thing or even give back my money. Thanks Safeway that's great customer service (f___ the customer.

Well I must say I have had nothing but great experiences there. They treat me like family, David, Josie, Mary, Nicole, Adam, Edith the other two pharmacist that always covers for them. You treat people how you want to be treated as well. This is no easy job working with public. I am grateful for each one of them. Edith retired and Adam transfered. They are missed but I am grateful for the support that’s there now.

USELESS PHARMACY WITH USELESS STAFF!!!!!!THEY TOLD ME LAST MINUTE THAT THEY RAN OUT OF COVID SHOTS!!!!!THEY ARE REALLY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE BY NOT LETTING ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME AND THEY GET ALL SNIPPY AT ME WHEN I CALL THEM OUT!!!!SEEING THE LOW RATING FOR THIS PLACE, I GUESS I SHOULDN'T BE SURPRISED!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY ARE USELESS AND NEVER HAVE ANYTHING!!!

It's nice when you walk into a store and you have a question and one of the managers you're talking to really doesn't seem to care and just kind of walks away I understand now why this place has such a low rating pretty sad

Don't use pickup. They only have half of items ordered. Even though they show the items online. They also substitute when you press no substitutions.

Have been using this Safeway Pharmacy for many years, seldom have I had a bad experience . There is one guy who had a very bad attitude but the rest of the staff and great and will always try to help.

Placed an order online for some basic stuff - bananas, oranges, bread, cereal, cheese etc. Not a lot but enough to justify the online order. When I went to pick it up, the app didn't work to notify them automatically that I arrived. I was able to talk to the employee who was bringing orders out and gave him my name, so he brought out my order. Only two items were delivered, the rest were listed as "unfulfilled". So I went inside to see if things like, bananas, oranges, bread etc. were actually not in stock. Within 5 minutes I found all three. Huh. So I paid for those items and went to customer service desk and asked to speak to a manager. There were two of them within earshot of me asking the person at the desk, both were only a few feet away. The customer service rep pointed to them, they both looked at me and continued their conversation as if I was invisible. Finally I walked up to both of them and just stood there awkwardly until they acknowledged my presence, as you know, a CUSTOMER. The male manager said "what is it?" Not "Can I help you?" "What is it?" ????? So I told him about my online order and that there were several things that were not included in my order that I came in and found quickly and easily. He said "I'm sorry, I'll speak to someone about that." several times and looked at me like I had just run over his dog or insulted his mother. It was rude and disrespectful and not what customers should expect. I've been shopping there for 14 years. I will start going to Fry's down the street from now on.

Very rude staff and pharmacist. I will not go to that pharmacy ever again. If your looking for a good Safeway pharmacy go to grant and silverbell where they treat their customers like they matter. This place is horrible. So rude!
