There isn't a place to say this on the app, so I have to do it here.
I picked up my groceries, and the bunches of spinach I got were just thrown into the dirty bin that was brought out. How hard is it to use a produce bag? I was told the ricotta was out of stock, yet when I went in, there were plenty. These employees need to slow down and pay attention.

If there were any way to leave A negative star review, I would. For the entirety of my visit in this door on Broadway.I had store employees following Me and very obviously watching me As though I were stealing from the store It was very offensive And when I spoke to one of the store managers about how i was neing treated, he was extremely Patronizing and dismissive. I will never shop at this store again. I will also be calling the Corporate offices to complain. Judging people the way they did me, it's very wrong. I certainly did not deserve to be treated this way.

Zero stars actually.
I have had by far the most terrible experience with the pharmacy with one of my maintenance medications that I absolutely NEED for my survival. Got my order shipped updating my delivery address (because I moved to a different place in the city). Made sure the address is updated on my online portal. Called the pharmacy up to make sure that the address on their file is updated (I didn’t necessarily need to do this, but this was me going the extra mile).
The medication was delivered at my previous address. Called them up, spoke with someone who allegedly was the supervisor and she kept on saying “I’m sorry I can’t do anything about it, we don’t do refunds here”. This, despite knowing bungling up the order at their end. I was asked to call the customer service number which I did and they said that they don’t have access to my pharmacy account and I should call back the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy again and it was the same saga again.
This is how you treat a customer (a patient actually) who depends on you for their vital medications?
This is daylight robbery, nothing short of that. And for something as important as someone’s maintenance medication? Absolutely distasteful, would not recommend dealing with these folks at all. The people who receive the call are absolutely unhelpful.
I don’t own a car here because of financial reasons and out of desperation, I am forced to get orders shipped. I feel robbed of my money- and medications are not cheap.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Dont deal with them if you don't want to suffer like me.
