Ordered a custom cake from Bakery. Cake was nothing like I had ordered even after showing the image to rep. I asked for her to add rosettes , the cake was returned to me with minimal rosettes and water on top which smeared the print . She was reluctant to hep and was very rude . I will never order a cake from this location.

Self checkout lady made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She was staring me down as if i was stealing something. My coupon didnt go through so i tried to cancel an item and she came up to me and said, “umm you cant cancel anything i can so what are you trying to do?” Ok…. Id rather go further to safeway in bear canyon at this point.

This store is fine just be aware of the customer service employee the Dyke with the stupid lip piercings she won’t help anyone just constantly hides in the back everytime I try to get a money order she says the machine is down and she can fix it but doesn’t know when…. Soo she’s basically saying she can do HER job but doesn’t know when 😂😂😂 what a joke she is

Price for an item rang up higher than the sale tag on the shelf. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, he said “I don’t know anything about that”, as he turned his head and looked away.
That’s fine. I guess he learned ALL about that when he had to return my items to the shelf. Why anyone would choose to work in customer service with an attitude like that is beyond me.

Deli counter staff do not listen to what you order and give you wrong items. This has happened alot there. When u complain store does nothing to fix issue. Need to train employee"s to actively listen and provide correct service.

the older lady with short brown hair that works the self checkout is continuously rude everytime i go there. she kept trying to rush my girlfriend and i through the self checkout today. she kept ordering us on how to work the self checkout. i clearly stated to her that we knew how to do it and she continued to rudely order us around.

Everything is priced 50%-100% higher than other stores in the area. We went in to get basic groceries and i regretted not waiting to go to walmart or trader joes because we spent 150$ of a 1/4th of a cart of grocieries. Not for us.

I find any Safeway to be excessively overpriced on just about every single item it offers.
As a result of high pricing concerns, I strictly visit this store to secure only weekly sale items featured in the weekly ads.
This store has a absolutely huge selection of high quality items.
The staff is always extremely professional, pleasant and friendly.
While the parking seems to work, oddly this entire plaza exhibits a weird disjointed vibe when it comes to the parking lot.

We actually just stopped here for a bathroom after giving up on Arco. Nice and clean, friendly staff.
