Currently I think that Sally's is an amazing store and I love their prices, I love the deals and I love the products they have. But coming here just now it said they close at 8 p.m. today updated a week ago. So I believed that I was good to go pick up my online order. I get here at 7:20 and it's closed and the sign on the door says they close at 7 everyday except Friday and Saturday.

I wish I could give a zero. So called manager has nasty attitude and speaks to other workers with attitude. Can tell it’s a very hostile environment for sure.

Manager Vanessa is rude. Definitely come prepared if you have to come to this location because if you’re just a little unconvinced or undecided on a product she’ll roll her eyes and treat you like trash

The first time I was in here, I witnessed the employee be incredibly rude and short with this elderly customer. She wasn't rude to me that they, but I did not like how she treated the other customer. The second time I returned, the same brown haired employee was there. I approached the counter to pay for the item I had when I realized I accidentally grabbed the wrong item. She proceeded to make rude hand gestures at me like I couldn't see her, as if to make fun of me to her coworker. When I got back to the counter I asked them if they had anymore products in the back because the pomade I was trying to get had a giant glob missing out of it from someone sticking their finger in. I got a response like I asked the dumbest question in the world. I decided I wouldn't get the product that had been tampered with. They did not care that someone had stuck their finger in it, so I went to go place the product back on the shelf. After placing it back on the shelf for them I walked towards the door and it was more than obvious they were talking bad about me. I am not sure what is going on at this location, this is unacceptable.

This by far is the worst Sallys to buy from in store or online. The manager Vanessa refuses to do her job as far as simply checking whats in stock and on the shelves at this store. Then to ask why its an issue she hangs up instead. Ordered online and it was cancelled at the last minute with money never returned to my account. Instead of answering she hung up. Corporate here we come. Had to give one star because I couldnt just leave it with out any.

After reading some the negative reviews on here I wasn't sure I wanted to come to this store. I am so glad I did. Not only was I greated by two lovely women, I found them to be kind and very very helpful. They surpassed my expectations and were just wonderful. I highly recommend this branch and the people that work here.

I was completely disgusted on the actual customer service in this establishment. Not only do you walk in and no greeting, but there was two ladies working and could not even take the time to stop talking with each other to even ask if I needed any help, could they help me find anything. I asked a question about a hair product and she acted like I was truly bothering them. I spent the time finding everything I wanted only to check out and was told you pay .15 cents for a bag. I had to almost laugh considering they could not even offer a smile. Now if this is the best Sally's can hire this establishment on Grant should go out of business. By the way product was all over the floor and they were not making any effort to work or offer anything related to customer service. Now I have hired employees for over 35 years and given the lack of customer service or even any polite welcome or help I would fire them immediately. I would think you would hire someone who cares enough to help customers or have some small amount of sales skills. Another customer and I both walked out shaking our heads and wondering how someone with such laziness and poor attitude could have been hired. This was my second time in this one establishment and I won't return there again. I will find another beauty supply store to buy what I need. Very poorly managed if one of them is the Manager.

Had THE BEST experience shopping with my daughter at this location. The store manager was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at home in her store. She quickly identified products to suit our needs and referred me to a place for additional services/products. Will definitely return and recommend to others!
