If you need any kind of beauty supply, I'd encourage you not to purchase anything from here. They do not allow returns. Lost my money on something I purchased on something I could not use. It was in perfect condition. I take it as a lesson learned and thankful I didn't spend more money here (especially on something more expensive I needed).

The reason I disliked this location as much as I did is because the employees' negative vibe was very off-putting. I've been a customer at Sally's for YEARS and the two females working treated me like I was going to steal from their store when EVERY TIME I come in I spend money. They made me feel unwelcome and were just straight up rude. Definitely going to visit a different location next time.

I placed an online order last Friday, and this being my regular store, I thought this is where I could pick it up. I hadn't realized that the system changed my order to another locate. So went I went in this store got some shampoo and conditioner, and asked if they had an online order for me, the associate stated they did not have any online orders at that time. So I looked at my text from the company which said your order is read to be picked up at Store #3988. I then asked the associate what was their store # since I already had inclination that perhaps it wasn't at this store. She immediately stated well what's the address on your text. I said it is not showing an address, only a store #. Again I asked what their store number was and a 2nd associate stated we don't have a store number we only have an address. I said well my text shows a store number. If you can tell me yours then I will know if I'm at the wrong store. At this point they both started saying they did not have to give me the store number and said I should have an address to show them. At that point, yes I was annoyed but by no means was I a threat as they later say. I said do you want to see it because I have it right here and there is only a store #. The first associate turns to me and says "you don't have to be rude we're asking you for an address" so I say I'm not being rude. I'm telling you what my text says. At that point I said, just ring me out for my shampoo and I will look into my online order further when I get back into my car. The associate grabbed the shampoo and said no I'm not going to help you. You can go buy it somewhere else. My manager told me I don't have to help anyone that is rude to me. I was totally in shock, because besides proving her wrong about not having an address on the text, I didn't see anything rude about the situation. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated her manager was not in. I proceeded to call Sally's Corporate office and spoke to Juanita who was no help at all because she simply put me on hold, called the store, spoke to the associate and because the associate told them she felt threatened by me, corporate told me there was nothing further they could do! Wow!!! I then asked to speak to someone in a leader position and Juanita stated that she would send a message to the District Manager and they would have to call me back. She stated that because it was Friday, they would probably not get back to me until the following Monday. It is now Friday of the following week!!!! I just called and spoke to Monica and she said she will send another message to the District Manager. Won't hold my breath. It gets even better though! After leaving, Oh yes because they threatened to call law enforcement to ask me to leave, not only did my order get changed to a different store, they, (customer service) gave me an address of where my order was supposed to be and it turned out the store was closed and had moved. Not too far from the original but how was I supposed to know that. I only found it because I drove around waiting for a call back from customer service, which never happened, and happened to see it. I was just glad when I went in to the new location, they did have my online order and the associate was extremely helpful, genuine and sincere and apologized for the other store associates actions. I am not one to get into these reviews and waste so much of my time, but when I think about the treatment in the first store, It still makes me mad. How can they just deny service to someone because they felt like it. There was no yelling, screaming, threats or anything. They can go back and look at camera footage. I work hard and am often praised at how I treat people when they come into my office, always smiling, always cheerful. I would be the first to admit if I was irate and rude but I was not and if these are the kind of people Sally's wants to have as employees, I don't mind finding another place to give my business too. The worst customer service I've ever gotten I went in there to grab some color and I don't know much about any of these and apparently neither did anybody that work there. I just don't understand how you can work somewhere and not know anything about your products. I asked them if they knew what the oil slick was. They said they'd never heard of that look. I just couldn't believe it

Great service at this location. The lady who works mornings is friendly and helpful. When it comes to color, do your research and know what you need before you go to any Sally's. I love the Ion products and nail polish selection.

So-so place. The workers are somewhat judgmental and very unknowlegeable about the products they sell. I would go to another Sally's if I needed to shop there again.
