I grew up on going to the salvation army for clothing, toys, even after school education ? I love to give back with donations when ever possible. Thank you to the Salvation Army and all the staff.

We went by to find out it's closed and is only a donation center. Their store is 23 minutes away to the north, so if you were just planning to stop by , you can't unless you want to go an additional 23 minutes away.

Great thrift store. Love to shop there. They support great causes and have super nice things to buy and the staff is so helpful and kind.

What's a person have to do to make a donation. I have had furniture that I was going to donate, in great shape, but I was told me that don't do pick up and it has to be in show room ready condition. All the pieces were in great shape, but the attitude from them was horrible. Not just one store, because I have tried in Sahuarita as well. By the way, I want to donate a Pure Cloud king premium mattress that is less than 100 days old. If you have any ideas let me know. :)

I work with dogs and outside in the garden all the time so my clothes get to look stained very quickly. Salvation Army thrift store has lots of clean clothes in perfect condition for a fraction of the price I would pay buying it all new. Also some of these stores sell antique dishes, furniture for a bet good price. You need to go regularly has their items changes quickly.

Will never donate again. Self righteous over the top virtue signaling, I should apologize for being white....Unbelievable

This location has been our go-to location for donations for over 20 years. We regularly donate $ to the SA as well. Unfortunately my last two attempts to donate six boxes of hardback books did not go well. I stopped in last Friday during regular posted hours and sat for several minutes with no one coming out from the back even though I could see someone looking out the window. Not wanting to just leave decent books in boxes for someone to pick up, I left. I returned on Saturday afternoon and sat in my vehicle for awhile. I got out and looked around for some assistance. No one came out, just as I had experienced the previous day, but as before, I could see someone looking out the window. Not wanting to leave, I stayed until she finally came out and wondered aimlessly among the several bins. She spoke not a word and when I inquired about a getting a box so I could keep one of the six I brought, she bluntly said "...we don't have any boxes, just dump the books out in the bin." She then just walked away. I did remark on her attitude as she went back into the coolness of the store. I will be going to Goodwill on East Tanque Verde from now on. Their more recent reviews indicate that they still appreciate donations. Salvation Army, train and supervise your employees.
