Today I had an experience like no other. I did the delivery order since I did not want to go out to the store a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I placed a delivery for some things I needed for thanksgiving dinner. On that list was a fruit tray. There fruit trays looks beautiful and taste great. Well the lady who delivered it thought so too. She gave me half eaten tray. I didn't realize till she left when I was checking my list and making sure everything was there. I was soo upset. You see all those stories on the news about people who eat your food using Uber, doordash etc. And now I experience it. And I was livid. I called Sams on stone and spoke to Becky. She was very helpful and kind and very understanding and shocked just like me about the lady eating half of my order. She apologized and she wanted to make it right. She had a separate order come out and delivered me a new fruit tray. She even called me back making sure I got it and that all the product was there. She made me think that there is still good people out there trying to do the right thing. Thank you Becky! You made my day and my thanksgiving a lot better. Becky is a example of a fantastic employee, went above and beyond to help make it right. She gets 100 golden stars!

The store itself is great I love Sam's club and everything about it I just have such a complaint with Daniel one of the managers at the store. The man was snarky and sarcastically rude to me and my wife and I hope someone sees this and gets him straight.

Curbside pickup is my favorite. I love not having to go inside. One of many reasons why I prefer here to Costco. However I live on the east side so driving all the way over here kinda sucks.

This is for the food court only. Every time it seems the soda fountains are not working. They are either out of ice, out of Pepsi or other flavors. Today 9/20/23 there was one female behind the counter busting her butt. Two other males arrived and were met with a comment...nice of you guys to show up!! The gentleman waiting in line next to me, threw his arms up and stated " it's ridiculous one person is working behind the counter" and walked off..It's ridiculous that a supervisor is allowing this to take place for such a large company. Someone is dropping the ball!!!

Always grab gas here when in Tucson. Love how the pumps are singled instead of double. Lines are shorter and go faster in my opinion.

I had the best experience with the tire team. First I called in to set up an appointment they helped me identify the tire size and the quality I was looking for. I ended up with Goodyear tires as they were lower cost but had 85k mile warranty. They didn't have them in stock so they made my appointment for a day or so after the arrival of the tires. The gentleman Dakota helped me today and did a great job! He informed me of an hour wait in the vehicle. It literally took an hour. I was shocked and impressed because most places take all damn day! But not here also I got a really great discount because I am a plus membership so the installation on all 4 tires is free! Highly recommend coming here for tires

I had to call 3 times to find out if they had my tire size available, 2 of the calls were put on hold until I hung up and called back. 3rd time's the charm, I guess.

Told us Bay does were closed, as we saw they weren't from parking on that side then they were unable to change battery for us. We changed it out (since we had tools in vehicle) and tried to get the core but we were told No before 7PM the service area was closed and apparently customer service doesn't take batteries. So after finally getting groceries with my young kids and family we went to load up and many many transits were rummaging the parking lot making us nervous.

If there was an option to give no stars I would rate this zero stars. I came today Sunday- it was packed and opted to pay via the app. After a 25 minute line for checkout they send me back to the register to print my receipt. They should have printers in the exit door. My mother has a cane and has a hard time waking and waiting for this ridiculous lines. What is the app good for then?

20 minutes just to get a hot dog. The management here understaffs its kitchen. Be ready for very long lines.

Yes I do like Sam's Club. I just don't care how the bosses / Supervisors or Team leaders treat their employees there, they basically degrade them in front of customers. Which is never ok and very unprofessional. How do you expect to keep workers if you treat them like crap...Please try to appreciate your workers it can be such a demanding and stressful job. Then the company wonders why there are so many turnovers.
