Unfortunately, it's one of the worst Sam's Clubs I have been to. With it being the only one in the Tucson, it is overrun by customers. Tucson can definitely can use anoth Sam's Club. And the store is overwhelming under staffed. The Café line is always exaggeratingly long and only two employees manning the station. The line to exit always gets ridiculously long before any action is taken. Thankfully they have scan and go on the Sam's app for a quicker checkout otherswise those lines would be another story.

Horrible place to work at. The store manager is very disrespectful and under appreciates his workers. He also doesn't pay them enough for what he has them doing. Would work half of my shift before getting one single break. Would have to wait until end of day to take my lunch. If I were to use the restroom it would set me back on completing my orders for the day. Would definitely not recommend working at this facility.

Just got a new membership a couple of weeks ago and both visits I had a terrible experience. First time, there were only 2 lanes open. Waited almost 45 minutes in line! Tom the way out they were checking my items but opening my bagged meat! That also took forever! Second time, cashier had no help, no backup I asked for a box and she said they didn't have any but I could go looking for one. Horrible service, not enough lanes open etc. going to cancel membership there and stick to Costco!!

Very angry with Sams Tire Service today. My husband spent 3 hours waiting for a slow leak repair and rotation and they did nothing and sent him on his merry way without saying anything. He discovered they did nothing when he got to the vehicle. Did they think because he's 70 and disabled, they can take advantage of him?They then argued the lug nuts were swollen and that is why they couldn't fix it. Well if they are swollen, they did it. They are the only ones that touch our tires. Tire pressure was down to 14 when he got home, yet after 3 1 hour trips to report the same issue, they can't find a slow leak. Very dangerous game they are playing with our lives. Elderly, disabled and a bad tire. We won't be buying tires from them again.

I'd give a ZERO STAR. However, it requires something. I have been trying to contact a manager now for my 4th call. I'm literally still on hold as I write this review. 1st call. 17 minutes then was hung up on ( by accident ) I hope. 2nd call. 11minutes and phone re rang forever no answer. 3rd call placed on hold asked for a manager but because I said I'd like to discuss the issue with a manager she hung up. 5th call im still on hold... all over bloody rotisserie chicken they sold me. I wanted to see if I could exchange it. However I feel I could drive there faster. So I am.

Today I had an experience like no other. I did the delivery order since I did not want to go out to the store a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I placed a delivery for some things I needed for thanksgiving dinner. On that list was a fruit tray. There fruit trays looks beautiful and taste great. Well the lady who delivered it thought so too. She gave me half eaten tray. I didn't realize till she left when I was checking my list and making sure everything was there. I was soo upset. You see all those stories on the news about people who eat your food using Uber, doordash etc. And now I experience it. And I was livid. I called Sams on stone and spoke to Becky. She was very helpful and kind and very understanding and shocked just like me about the lady eating half of my order. She apologized and she wanted to make it right. She had a separate order come out and delivered me a new fruit tray. She even called me back making sure I got it and that all the product was there. She made me think that there is still good people out there trying to do the right thing. Thank you Becky! You made my day and my thanksgiving a lot better. Becky is a example of a fantastic employee, went above and beyond to help make it right. She gets 100 golden stars!

What an awful experience for a simple tire rotation. “Couldn’t find my car” for over an hour. How come no one called and said can you help locate your car?.Appointment at 1. Useless management.Checked in at 1230. Mind you I told Mathew do you need to know where my car is before the appointment. He goes oh no as long as it’s in this area.Get new management hundred percent useless.

Today I had my first pick-up order experience. I was unable to get out of the car when a young gentleman came by with my order… I felt such a great relief when I arrived at home and saw my groceries perfectly placed and organized. Thank you, sir!

Completely Walmart-ified. Purposely make lines slow and have incompetent employees take their time so you use their digital app. Took 40 minutes to get one slice of pizza.

The store itself is great I love Sam's club and everything about it I just have such a complaint with Daniel one of the managers at the store. The man was snarky and sarcastically rude to me and my wife and I hope someone sees this and gets him straight.

Curbside pickup is my favorite. I love not having to go inside. One of many reasons why I prefer here to Costco. However I live on the east side so driving all the way over here kinda sucks.

This is for the food court only. Every time it seems the soda fountains are not working. They are either out of ice, out of Pepsi or other flavors. Today 9/20/23 there was one female behind the counter busting her butt. Two other males arrived and were met with a comment...nice of you guys to show up!! The gentleman waiting in line next to me, threw his arms up and stated " it's ridiculous one person is working behind the counter" and walked off.. It's ridiculous that a supervisor is allowing this to take place for such a large company. Someone is dropping the ball!!!
