My absolute favorite store in all of Tucson and over half my wardrobe and that of my husband comes from here! I always find such fashionable and cute items and always end up spending more than I planned but it's honestly so worth it- the quality of merchandise here can't be beat!

Price tags don't reflect how inventory is donated, used. Old Navy across the street sells new for the same cost.Probably due to paying a security team, although I can't imagine many people trying to steal pilling Forever 21 dresses no one in their right mind would pay $11.99 for.Lucky to find a top in my color for $3

SHAME ON YOU SAVER'S! This very dress I bought brand new from Walmart for $5 last year and savers is charging $12 for it, are you kidding me!?! You guys are way too greedy, you are selling donations...did you forget that?!? No wonder theft is so high in your stores that you must check people's purses at the door and no longer allow fitting rooms! The problem isn't with people the problem is your prices are too high! I don't know what you have to do, if you have to cut down on your employees or something but you need to change your prices because this i robery! $20 for a broken picture frame too shame on you! How do you sleep at night?!?

Resellers have ruined half off Monday and Savers in general.Everything good is gone if you’re not there the minute they open, and what’s left is $20 for a used coat that Savers didn’t even pay to have stocked there.Used to be a good place to go and get clothes if you’re low income but it’s not anymore.$10 for a used t shirt is insane. And you can see they charge higher prices for t shirts with Disney or cartoon designs, as if it cost them more to have that shirt in stock. Ridiculous. At least the store is clean and seems well staffed

Extremely disappointed. I called asking if I they took bed frames. I was told yes they take them. I was extremely clear that it was a wood bed frame with drawers underneath it. When we got there they would not take it and said that they didn’t take bed frames unless they were metal. Will not be donating here again. Very disappointing.

My Aunt and I come to savers every time we make a trip to Tucson. We love the store but are very disappointed that you do not have fitting rooms anymore. With the amount of clothing you sell a fitting room should be a priority. It’s nice you have a return policy but we live an hour and 20 minutes away. If we could try on the clothes there wouldn’t be a need to return them. Please consider putting fitting rooms in again. Your store is plenty big enough to have one.

I love this store but I've now seen this happen my last two visits and it needs to stop if they want to continue to be awesome. There is a dude getting merch from the backroom, handed to him, this time for a milk shake. So if you wonder why you no longer see LEGO or Pokemon cards or the like, this is why. Full disclosure, I resale stuff but I collect LEGO and am bitter by what could be argued as theft. I can handle someone else getting the deal but be fair. Not into getting people fired or writing bad reviews. I just want the possibility of treasure being there in the past. If this is allowed, I guess I could offer cash for held stash too.

I used to love this place but they got rid of their fitting rooms. They claim you can bring something that doesn't fit back but it's for a same day exchange only (within two weeks of purchase). That's such a scam! Bring back the fitting rooms and they'll have earned all five stars.

After searching through 5-6 thrift stores around Tucson, I'm confidently able to say that this is the best thrift store.Don't waste your time anywhere else.

What a rip off. No dressing room. You have to pay for it and try it on somewhere within 14 days to return- only you can't return. You have to exchange it. Good an employee let me try stuff on in the bathroom since I'm 2 hours away. Too bad most customers dont seem to care. Never left Savers happy. I call it Rip Off's. What a rip.

Years ago it started great. Now you have to check out yourself, you get no bags or have to pay for them, and you don't know if what you pick fits because the dressing rooms are now gone. Items are now same price as if you first purchased them from the store but now they got ware on them... sorry Savers you let me down. Goodwill gots your beat hands down now

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I've been shopping here for over 8 years now and I'm officially DONE. The pricing for a men's sweater shirt was $25! I could get equivalent quality online for $10. It's cheaper to buy fast fashion than to shop at this store. It's highway robbery. Do not recommend.
