ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
I’m so appalled, I’ve been going to this See’s for more than 20 years now. I’m so horrified of this incident, Me and my hubby went In for a few samples… well when you opened the door it reeked like cigarettes! I mean smelled so terrible!! You couldn’t even smell the rich decadent chocolate! It doesn’t stop there, I wasn’t even offered a sample not even a single hello when we walked In. I walked up to the candy counter and asked why it smelled so bad, the lady working instantly had an attitude! Saying “I don’t know what you’re talking about” In a snooty tone! I put that aside and started making mine and my husband’s 1/2 lb box, she has a horrible attitude! I’m talking about slamming our pieces in the box and sliding the box around all crazy, I then ask for their manager and she says she is the manager!! So I don’t know what See’s is doing but they need to fire that girl!! I couldn’t get a good look at her name tag as she tried hiding it, but my husband said her name started with an S. She was so rude and the smell came from her!! As we were leaving she went out the backside door and left it propped open so she can smoke in the shade!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NO LONGER SHOPPING HERE!!!

YUMMY!!! This is my first visit to this place and I was really impressed with how many different types of truffles, and candy in general, they had. I bought a 1 pound box where I got to personally choose every candy from the case in the front of the store. 1/2 pound boxes are available as well. They had truffle flavors I’ve never seen anywhere else. So many good choices, including limited time flavors that they cycle in and out. Next time I come here I will take pictures. Every single candy that I have tasted so far has been awesome. They also have a bunch of premade boxes you can buy that are a bit cheaper than the display case candy. There’s quite a variety here, and the quality is very impressive, but you will pay for it. Both female employees Ive interacted with were super friendly as well, and they offered me many samples. The store is also kept really clean and organized.

Staff was SO kind and helpful! The samples were wonderful and I ended up buying more than what I came in for- but I am in no way complaining! I can’t wait to go home and enjoy a little treat after dinner- PS- so glad Shannon was around to help me make my choices, her recommendations were fabulous and exactly what I was looking for without even knowing it when I walked in. Thank you!!

I've been to this specific See's Candies on Broadway in Tucson many, many times over the past 8 years. The location is perfect, the chocolates are delicious, the store is spotless, and the employees are always kind. However, this is the first time I'm posting a review because we had such an exceptional visit to the shop recently, due to a specific employee: Shannon. As per our tradition, my daughter and I stopped at See's candies a week ago as special treat after her doctor's appointment in Tucson (we live out of town). Shannon was, of course, professional, kind, and so very helpful, but she went out of her way to make our visit special. I made note of her name on her employee name tag as we left. Shannon, you are an amazing person!
