placed a same-day delivery from this sephora (park place) and after receiving the email that it was on its way, received a 'cancelled' by doordash message with a direction to contact the store for help. called and spoke with yvette who was rude and unhelpful, basically telling me not her problem. i asked for some sort of proof that doordash had picked up the order so i could contact doordash, she denied me that, i asked for a refund, also denied. called the 877 number customer service and they immediately refunded my purchase with apologies for my bad experience.

Most of the time the experience here is good but lately it’s been bad. Yvette I think is her name I got, she’s super rude. Not the first experience I have of her being this way either.

After having seen advertising several times of makeup with sunscreen, moisturizing and everything that is sought in the products to improve the appearance of the skin for after makeup there is not in the store due to lack of knowledge of the saleswomen; they do not know anything and also the exbidores and fittings are equally muddy. It's supposed to be a store to look and feel more beautiful when I go shopping but it's not like that. Improve public service and sales training for your employees@s. I found what I was looking for quickly and the checkout was not too long of a wait. This location is a bit cluttered in the aisles which was noticeable since it was a bit busy.
