Went into the Tucson mall store and was immediately helped by Andrea, she helped match my skin shade, helped find the shade, which would have took me a very long time. I was in and out with my foundation in 15 minutes. The cashier was polite and very helpful, wish I could remember his name, young man with blonde hair. Both employees were great.

I miss the old Sephora. Gone are the days where you were cheerfully greeted and asked what you were shopping for. The last 3 times I have been in have been like this. The staff working there looked miserable. I’m glad they ask you at check out if anyone helped you … because if someone did that person needs to be recognized!!! I hope management is keeping track of all the “no, no one helped me” to change things around. I do realize it is difficult to find good people that want to work and enjoy what they do. Maybe cut 1/2 your staff and put in self check outs.

Went into today to purchase my usual but had time to shop new product. Plenty associates to offer help yet no one did. I continued to shop on my own, matching my own foundation which is pretty uncomfortable anyway. Then to hear an associate tell another “there’s just way too many needy people in here right now”..one of the reasons why I don’t enjoy shopping at make up stores because not everyone is a pro and workers tend to make you feel like you shouldn’t shop there if you aren’t. Thanks to online reviews I was able to look up on my phone while in the store to make my decision. I’ll stick to online shopping when it comes to Sephora.

I came here before and the woman who had helped match foundation shade did a horrible job and I left with $100 foundation that did not match suit of me not to take it back but whatever. I came in today and Kevin asked me if I needed any help and I was hesitant, but the man spent at least 15 minutes with me and found the most beautiful shade and all around what a wonderful human being. I’m so excited to go back and go to him for all my beauty needs when you go in there ask for Kevin. What an outstanding employee. he listened to my needs and wants and educated me on a lot of things that I that I never knew. Charming and very easy to talk to. Kevin, thank you so much for all you did for me. I feel absolutely beautiful after talking with you.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch. An employee standing near the Georgio Armani foundations was condescending and smug. They ignored me when I was describing my shade choice and stood approximately one foot behind me, breathing down my neck while I collected my products.
If you're going to profile customers, at least do it with some tact and subtlety. That day I ended up spending $300 at two different Sephora stores, but it shouldn't matter. Every customer, regardless of how much they spend, deserves the same level of respect and attention.
Do better.

Why do the employees ignore you at this store? I was in there for at least 20 min, and no one acknowledged me. Two workers were having a conversation at the register, and it was not busy.
To top it off, this is the most unkempt store I've been to. Not a lux beauty experience at all.

Got my makeup done with Marina today. She did such an amazing job! And she did it all while I had my fussy baby with me. She was so sweet and understanding!!!! Will definitely come back to see her next time I need to get my glam on!

Every time I go to Sephora in the Tucson mall. I have a difficult time getting waited on, and I always just walk out, however I do like the perfume selection that they have.
