When I went there their loss employee treated me like garbage, publicly humiliating me and accusing me of stealing when I was nothing but a paying customer. Oh, and no apology.

Omg... EVERY GIRL needs this makeup shopping experience! 🥹🙏🏽 I am a first time customer and have never really felt the need to visit Sephora for many reasons. First is obvious, the makeup is much more expensive then drugstore makeup and over the years I would see a lot of feedback and horror stories at Sephora of either employees or other shoppers being judgemental, making the experience bad, and also not being helpful or being kinda mean.
Given all of that I recently became more conscious of what I was putting on my skin and wanted to do better. So I did change my skincare but realized my makeup could also be the problem. So when doing my research it led me to products I know Sephora would have. I usually prefer ordering things online but I figured shopping in store would be better because they have the shade match service. I was still a little nervous and apprehensive about going in that I may be met with all of my fears. Being uncomfortable, not feeling welcomed, and worst of all not getting the help I needed to find the right product I went in for.
Immediately I was greeted by Chellene! She did not dismiss me after and once she found out that was my first visit EVER. She asked if I needed help and lead me to the brand I was looking for. The rest is history. I can go into great detail about the whole process but I feel that overall she did absolutely everything she could for me, to make it a great experience. Also even though the phone recommended shades she was able to pick out an even better shade based on the unique undertones of my skin. It was super fun I never felt rushed, she was able to chat and relate and understand where I was coming from with my experiences with makeup. And ultimately she sold me a foundation and pressed powder that she tested several shades on me to find the right one.
Chellene is a superstar! And I hope she keeps it up and other beauty advisors conduct themselves the same way. She was super knowledgeable, amazingly patient and I genuinely felt like she wanted to find the best products for me and my skincare needs. Will be coming back with a smile because this experience was genuinely FUN!!!

When this store first opened everyone was very nice and helpful. Now when I walk in there is no greeting and no one asks if I need any help or if I’m finding everything ok. I try to find someone to help me but I feel like everyone is avoiding me. So I stopped coming to this location unfortunately. It’s just down the road from my house. It was convenient.

Awful experience. My little sister was in there while I was getting a wax next door and was watched like a hawk the entire time. She said she overheard the only guy working today "are you keeping an eye on her". I walked in there with her after my appt. and can confirm that the girl stocking up in the Sephora section was also rude and obnoxious. She greeted everyone except us. Looking like they do, I believe they would also experience discrimination and have more empathy.

Very high priced and for fragrances nothing to nutrilize the smells . They need to have coffee beans or something so all the people spraying can get a clean smell

I love browsing inside but, I also purchase online alot. The service is super easy to use and you can still pick up curbside. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Out of all the Tucson locations this is definetely the best one.

This place was very nice. Employees READY to help you on what you wanna get. They have an enormous number of fragrances than the other store I won't name xD. Pretty lady convinced me to get a 30 dollar set(before tax) of Carolina Herrera dabbers. Smell was amazing since I got it for mom.

Literally every time I’ve been to this specific location, the staff has always been rude to me. I’ve been to many Sephoras all over the country and abroad, and usually the people who work there are happy to be there and happy to help. Here, that is a different story completely. I’ve come here out of convenience because it’s so close to home, but if I can avoid it, I will. Even the manager on duty was rude and unwilling to help with I had a question that required manager approval.I’ve worked retail for 16 years. I understand bad days happen. But to constantly experience such negativity and never experience these people putting the customer first is very wild to me.I hope you all go through some training to help you all have a better mindset towards your job because talking to someone like you’re walking on eggshells is off putting.
