Crystal the assistant manager needs an attitude adjustment been coming here for years and this morning, like I normally do every morning she was extremely rude and let me know that they were closed. It’s not the fact that they were closed that upset me. It was her Gretchen attitude. I will never be back to the shell again.

Beware the soda fountain here. The gatorade especially is tainted with black mold build up due to poor maintenance with cleaning. You can take a wet wipe and gently scrub around some of the underneath by the soda nozzles and you'll see how filthy it gets there. The two Gatorades options are the worse as I was able to knock compressed clumps of black mold off from inside the nozzles. They also have mold growing around the cooler doors where they keep the drinks and food.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Go across the freeway to Chevron. This shell has terrible customer service, doesn't allow customers to use the bathrooms AND will randomly lock the doors for 30+ minutes during business hours. Trust me just go to the Chevron....they have great customer service, restrooms are open and clean, AND they never lock the doors during business hours. I repeat DO NOT STOP AT THIS SHELL STATION!

Do not stop at this gas station. They are rude. Don’t have any people skills they state the restrooms are out of order or not available because of vandalism and theft. That’s a lie. I live down the road . They don’t have high price merchandise to steel. They just don’t want you to use the restroom, imagine traveling and stoping for gas and having rude attitude staff and ask for the restroom they say know , also if you have an RV or a truck with a trailer they start yelling at you to move it “very friendly right?” They should fire management and hire new people or close it because they have no people skills

Everything overpriced here, do not stop at this gas station, go an extra mile for cheaper gas prices and also cheaper prices on food and drinks.

NO PUBLIC BATHROOM!!! They had a sign that said no public bathroom due to theft and vandalism. I get that however, you can just use discretion. If someone comes in that looks like a degen then tell them no public restroom. When someone comes in dressed nice let that person have the key.
