Just left this store the Office Manager John informed me that it would be at least an hour to mix one gallon of paint. I said I would have to go elsewhere and his reply was a sarcastic "good for you" I was surprised their staff is generally well informed, polite, courteous and professional and they have a great product.

I had been in a different SW store to purchase a sample of a color and they sold me a quart and told me that it was not considered a permanent paint and it says on the back of the plastic jar that color must be top coated to be durable. Also, I was told that the quart size was not available in any sheen less than satin.I liked the color on the wall but wanted eggshell and permanent paint so I asked for a quart of the color in a permanent finish with eggshell sheen. When I got to the counter, I was given the exact same product that I had already bought at the other store.. When I pointed out that I had asked for a permanent paint, he told me that it was permanent, (even though the labeling clearly says it must be top coated to be durable).Now I have an additional quart of paint that I don't need and a sheen that I did not ask for.The guy in the store was really pleasant but failed to give me the product I needed. He should have mentioned that I was going to get satin instead of eggshell.From now on I'll be sticking with Lowe's and Home Depot.

I called the Speedway/Swan Sherwin Williams location as I needed a sample size of a white paint. I asked the guy who answered the phone if they had the white base in stock since the location closest to me (Sunrise/Swan) was out of it. I specifically told him I needed just the sample size of the paint. He said yes (in the most bored voice possible) we have white paint. I drove there and was told this was a commercial location and that they did not sell the sample sizes. I ended up having to drive to the Spanish Trail store. I did not want to go to Lowes or anywhere else for a color match since it was important we have the correct color. Avoid this location unless you want to have your time wasted.

The customer service at this SW is unmatched - this is the best SW in the whole city of Tucson.I needed a few different samples but they did not have the correct bases in stock, so the employee took the time to call around and had another shop make the samples for me. They really went above and beyond to help me.Whenever I am in need of paint I will stop here before anywhere else in Tucson and you should do the same!

This will be my go-to paint store in Tucson Az. The Sherwin Williams staff has always been super knowledgeable and helpful in every location. However, this one is a STANDOUT! Kevin and Caitlyn went above and beyond to assist me on a recent exterior home painting project. When initially purchasing paint, they were extremely helpful. However, as the project proceeded, my painter made a mess of the trim allowing the dark paint to drIp and overspray onto the freshly painted white Brick. I frantically called Kevin at 7 am He listened to my situation and literally took care of everything! His store was out of the base needed so he called another location, ordered for me, and didn't even charge me for the paint! My painter picked up the paint at no charge and repainted to make everything good. I can't thank Kevin enough. This store is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
