If I need to know if I have a specific item in my box they are happy to check when I call. Nothing to complain about and that is rare anywhere these days.”
“I don't send an awful lot of UPS packages and mainly used them for Amazon returns. They were always super nice and helpful. They even have a self service machine you can use to print out the return labels and drop the packages into if there's a long line, as there often is. Love that self serve thing.”

I went in there and she was already talking to a very upset customer, and then I myself was upset too. She did excellent ! “I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.”

“Personnel was really nice- I had to drop something off for a closing right when they opened. It arrived on time and I even picked up a couple items from the gift shop. The gift shop had a lot of local artist items alongside the more “commercial” items.”
“I have tried to look for an email to write corporate about the amazing customer service I received from Jaime CSA at the Tucson airport location. I had an overnight package that was delayed for a chemo patient and they were cells that have been grown for a month, being that the package was held up in Tennessee if we didn't refrigerate them by the end of that day they would die. Another employee looked at the time and said I was 4 minutes too late. Thank goodness Jaime came out and asked what I needed. He did the back work and found that my package was still on a truck but said he would get it for me with some time. I can not express my gratitude to Jaime CSA enough, I didn't get a last name only that his title was CSA. That is amazing customer service that obviously not all Fedex employees encompass. I was on the phone with Fedex as well as having 2 other associates on the phone with them. The information we received on 3 calls was different and so I rushed to the airport to see if it had arrived in Tucson. No one else offered help, they told him they were busy. So Jaime himself started to unload a truck and found it a 1/5 of the way in. Thank you Thank you Jaime! You are a blessing.”
“I typically hate going to shipping centers to send of boxes because I almost always have a bad experience at FedEx - but I am glad I went today. I was helped by Matt and not only was he kind and professional but he also made sure I got the best price for my package. The process was so easy and friendly I will definitely always come to this location to ship off packages. Kudos to Matt for the great work!”

“We get our mail and our packages delivered to Mail Well Shipping because of where we live. Roger, the proprietor, is a great guy and always helpful. The location is convenient for us, the hours are better than a post office, and they accept UPS and FedEx deliveries, in addition to USPS. We're glad this business is here!”
“I have been to Ship 'n Mail Xpress at Grant and Silverbell countless times over the past 20 years and they are the best place to handle all your shipping and packing jobs. They can expertly pack just about any item you would need to ship and my items have always arrived without as much as a scratch. The best part however is how incredibly convenient it is as I am always in and out in 5 minutes while never having to worry about my package being taken care of.Unless you really enjoy standing in line all day at the Post Office just so you can experience that amazing customer service they offer, if you are lucky enough to catch someone between breaks of course, then try Ship 'n Mail Xpress the next time you have something you need to ship.”
