About Silverlake Estates
Silverlake Estates is a very clean and well maintained trailer park community. It has wonderful neighbors and feels quite, peaceful and very safe. The streets seem brand new and are paved regularly. The managers are great and very responsive. Residents enjoy a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, free car wash, laundry room, and vending machines. It offers quick, easy freeway access. With lot rent and utilities averaging $700-$800 monthly, it provides an affordable alternative to apartments. It is a nice community that makes people feel happy and impressed to live there.

My friend just moved to this community a few months ago. It is very nice! So clean and wonderful neighbors! I have been quite impressed with this community
