Everything good has already been said about Simutek. It’s been around for 10 years and if you happen to have an Apple product, there is nowhere else to go that even compares with these wonderful geeks. I especially want to thank Lena for the wonderful, extraordinary service. it’s a pleasure to go in there because you know you’re gonna walk out fixed!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my customer experience at Simutek. The customer service is top notch. I recently made a Mac purchase and received personal support on how to activate and use the technology. I especially want to give a shout out to Rich for the time he spent and genuine care he demonstrated. I highly recommend this shop! Their expertise on Apple products and their Apple support is amazing.

I am an Apple person. I have been using Macs for over 25 years. But I am no tech expert. While I can make my way around a Mac computer, I still need guidance. With a new purchase, there is always a learning curve. The customer service at Simutec was outstanding. There is no push to upsell or talk above the customer's head on techie things. It was a stress free experience which is rare when purchasing and learning about technology. I especially want to give a shout out to Rich for his help during the purchase and the time he took to share his expertise with me. While I was there I also noticed the expertise of the other employees and how well they treated the customers. I highly recommend this shop for all your Apple needs!

We've been purchasing our Macs from Simutek since the mid-1990s and consider them one of the best local businesses in the region. As writers, publishers, and event organizers, our computers are how we make a living—at any one time we have two laptops, a big powerful desktop, two iPads, and two iPhones. Simutek staff are always caring, offer great service, will take care of you in dire straits, and are fun to visit. You can trust Rich and the team!

Great customer service overall. Have had positive experience with my laptop there. However, recently I went in with my water-damaged iPhone. Simutek looked it only -did not attempt to open or inspect it and said it was a goner and that I'm better off buying a new phone. Sooo I took it for a 2nd opinion, to Quick-Fix repair on Campbell and they actually restored my phone within 1 hour!! Which literally saved my hundreds of dollars, stress and all of my phone data.

The last time I took electronics to be repaired at a (different) repair shop, I had a truly terrible experience, so I really didn't know what to expect here, but they were amazing. I made an appt on the Apple website, but they told me I could have just walked it in. They were super friendly and patient with me (I was a little spacey because I was in panic-mode with my computer not working), and they had my computer back to me by the end of the day, good as new. 100% would happily return.

These guys sure are helpful. They have always helped me when I come in to the store. Jack helped me today and he fixed everything in a short amount of time. I hope this store stays in business because I don't know of another place in Tucson that does what they do. SIMUTEK rocks!
