I hadn’t been a fan of Sleep Number years ago when we slept on one at a hotel, but my wife and I decided to give it another try when shopping for a new mattress. We drove two hours to the Broadway and Craycroft store in Tucson, and it was absolutely worth it. Adam reached out before our visit, welcomed us when we arrived, and guided us through the whole process with professionalism and care.
After finding our Sleep Numbers, we explored the options and fell in love with the Climate360 mattress. We can’t wait for delivery! Fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you to Sleep Number and especially Adam for making it so easy.

When we bought our pillows we asked if we needed to make an account for the 100 day return policy. Adam assured us we only needed the receipt. They've now denied our return because we didn't make an account with them. We'll be calling customer service to try and fix this.

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Claire treated us well, explained what we could expect. She had us try several different beds. Made decision quite easy. She is excellent in all ways. Would recommend her and this store 1010%.
By the way product is outstanding. Only bed to have. This is our second bed in over 23 years.

Adam T. assisted us in the Tucson store this time. He was very polite and helpful. We have had several Sleep Number mattresses and several pillows in the last 30 years. The people and the products are why we keep coming back. Thanks Adam and all.

Adam was perfect in his explanations on how the beds support you, and bring long term health Benefits. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy, or aggressive. Both my wife and I enjoyed getting to know him. They do focus on the Savings much more than the Cost. You pay for what you get. 8 years ago I put off investing in a Sleep Number bed. Spent $3K on a Saatva bed and have kicked myself ever since! I highly recommend Sleep Number, as I bought my first one in early 2,000 and simply loved it.

Every time I visited I received all the info I needed. But...I needed to add 2 items to my order and I went to the store on Labor Day and was told that is done thru Customer Service but not to call as they were closed. I wanted to keep the Labor Day pricing which ended that day. I took a chance and called and they were open! So I got my order edited. Store employees need to know when CS is open!

Adam was congenial, knowledgeable, and thorough in his presentation and explanation about the beds. We had never been to a Sleep Numbef store before and he gave us great information and was easy to work with. We enjoyed our time with him.
