The staff was very friendly and efficient. Did not explain the different options in beds unless ask the difference. Purchasing the bed was easy and conveniently had a zero interest 2 year option. Disappointed that we could not use a $50 sign up incentive, which was not explained with the incentive.

Wonderful, knowledgeable sales people (Cam Bloom, Julia n Manager Stephanie! Very helpful w problem solving. They took time to answer phone calls when I needed immediate help navigating my Sleep Number bed. I've been a loyal customer for 20 yrs. It's the only bed I truly benefit n value!

Stephanie is wonderful and very knowledgeable. A very comfortable and easy experience start to finish. I recommend this Tucson store and ask for Stephanie if you are in the market for a new bed and need a little help deciding what's right for you.

Jane, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and patient while I decided on which mattress to buy. Can't wait to get it delivered next week. I had one before, way back in 2001 and left it when I moved here in 2017. So I'm eager to get a mattress that will adjust with me again because I've had some recent back problems.

I bought a smart bed from them in May 2022. The online feature has never worked properly the store refuses to help me and continues to send me to their online support team which after six months is still unable to fix the issue. Don’t waste your money on this bed. It does not work as advertised and you will not get support to fix it.

I've had nothing but problems and EXTREMELY expensive. My current issue is with my remote which was purchased September 2021. Since it's 1 month pass the warranty they will do nothing. Excellent service would still honor the warranty.

I went to purchase a sleep number pillow as I had a 25% discount. Their pillow prices are very confusing. It shows 3 pillows in each category just be aware not all these pillows are priced the same.

We were basically an easy mark when we walked into the store. We wanted to purchase our Second Sleep Number Bed! We studied your online information carefully to arrive well informed.And, we were of sleeping on the floor. We're 70!!Thank you Julia, and your Gracious Manager for everything so far. Went back for seconds on a new bed. Julia was a knowledgeable delight. Won’t be getting the bed as quickly as we’d like, but the delay is manageable give the world we live in.
