I had a very good experience this morning. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the people at the desk or drawing blood. The person at the desk was not only addressing those with appointments but also a woman who wanted to add additional blood tests. This meant contacting her doctor, getting the fax, updating her appointment. The person at the desk facilitated all of that with a smile while keeping track of those arriving. The blood draw was painless! This is not my usual lab but will return.

Thought I would share a review since I see Clarissa has gotten some not so good. I have never had a problem with her. She has to ask if you have an appointment. She is very good at what she does. It took three pokes to get my blood today since I am a hard stick. She got me on her first stick after her coworker did his two trys

I saw the phlebotomist eating in the lab between patients. So gross. He was also very rough. My arm hurt and itched the rest of the day at the blood draw site.

I googled TB testing near me and this place pops up. I schedule an appointment and not only do they tell me they don't do tb testing they said I wasn't in the system. Even though I received two different emails checking in. The lady at the desk said she's just a "float" and was basically no help in assisting me further.

I've found this to be the most efficient run Sonoran Quest lab facility. Staff are friendly and courteous. Appointment only no walk ins.

I had blood work done at Sonora Quest in Golflinks, inside Safeway, just a few minutes ago. I believe Celine is the name of my plebotomist. I would like to give her a big thumbs-up for doing such a great job. I didn't feel needle pain or anything. She is very good at what she's doing, and she has great customer service. Thank you, Celine, for the great service today. Keep up the great work.

The two ladies working are very friendly here. It's really cold but clean. There are chairs in the waiting area but it was a little busy so not a lot of room. I was checked in on the kiosk and seen just after my appointment time. I didn't know this location was here so I'm glad that I found it. It's closer to my house and by appointment only so you don't have to wait extra time for walk-ins.

They may be good at getting your labs…if you ever get to it. This place is mismanaged. They need someone there who knows the system and can process patients quickly and efficiently. It doesn’t “take a while” to input three labs. This is not my first time with Sonora quest, but it is my first time with this one, and it’s nothing like the others. This was the Z team working in there.

Make an appointment. Have your doc order or your confirmation email with the barcode IN HAND. The email even says to have it ready at check-in. Common sense. I’ve been here a couple times for myself and for my dad once, and l was always in and out. The lady who checked me in this last time has a great attitude and energy. Wish I got her name. Everyone was professional and efficient.

Horribly mismanaged by Clarisa losing her mind as usual admitting she was 40 minutes behind with two people in front of me and been open less than an hour :-( she was throwing things mumbling talking to herself and making snipey sarcastic comments out of her frustration when anyone ask a reasonable question she responded rudely and I will not come back to this inefficient location to be further degraded. The phlebotomist young man sitting in the back waiting for her to print Reqs was nice enough to draw my tubes and get me out of there rather than sit and do nothing God bless him. He had to set them off to the side with a sticker and wait for Clarissa to attach a note note regarding me being inappropriate by politely asking reasonable questions she might have to be accountable for SMH. What your doctor's office draw your Labs while you're there or go to any other Sonora quest location but this conundrum oh, how she's been here this long is beyond me and I should know better and go somewhere else rather than try to be efficient using a location in my neighborhood God forbid LOL
