I was waiting to help someone move, I had the “Manager” come up to me and threaten me and also called the cops on me all because I was “Waiting in my car” in the pubic parking area. After I told the manager why I was there, and after I told him I had businesses here. I was treated very unfair and I can’t believe this person is a manager here , I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business here

Southwest Storage is highly recommended! The prices are very reasonable and discounts are available if you inquire about them with the very friendly and responsive Staff!The staff is what separates Southwest Storage from all the rest. They always greet you with a smile - and will even quench your thirst with an ice-cold water ... all you have to do is ask! I seem to to keep coming back to them when I have additional storage needs. Really great storage staff, took care of an issue I had with my lock on my unit, they called and took care of it and made sure my stuff was safe. First time doing business with them and I’ll do it more in the future.
