Dropped in for some hot food walked in to find the place felt like a stale saltine cracker. Nothing was there in the hit rollers except age 2 aged hot dogs. Pretty disappointed with this chains location and employees.

I filled up with fuel and did not select wash option. Went to car wash and inserted my card. Wash started and half way through, everything stopped. After 5 minutes I drove out with a partially washed and not dry car. The man inside could have cared less. He said go try it again but I would have to pay again. Brush is halfway down so you cannot enter. It’s not the $12.00 I’m irritated about, it’s the complete lack of customer service. This 7-11 should have stayed a Speedway. I just noticed that the stuck bar broke my aerial since I had to drive out before it was fixed.

Don’t waste your time coming here if you need 89 or 91 octane. They haven’t had it for a long time and apparently don’t plan to ever be a normal gas station

Never experienced such condescension and power tripping from cashiers. Went to buy some zyn here. First thing the cashier says is ‘got ID?’ Of course I do. I show him and he says it doesn’t look like me. It’s not like I’m buying a gun and a bottle of vodka or something. You only have to be 18 to get zyn right? I’m 35. Not the first time I’ve gone here and they aggressively ask for ID like I’m buying something taboo. Going to try even harder to avoid this place.

Edit 2: Many weeks later and still no premium gas. And don’t bother responding to the owner’s request for “more details”. It was very obvious they didn’t even read the form I was required to fill out. Lousy gas station and lousy online CS.Edit 1: Another week with no premium gas. Reducing rating to one star. Very, very frustrating.Original review: No premium gas two weeks in a row. Can’t be relied upon. One extra star because it’s convenient for the area *when they have gas*.

Convenient gas station and convenience store right off of Sunrise in east Tucson. The only problem is that they always have several gas pumps that are not working.

I went to gas up a few days ago. I went to 3 different pumps and was unable to use them -- all said go inside and prepay. This particular Speedway has had a lot of issues with their pumps over the last year -- lots of notes on the pumps saying "not available". I'm done with this place. I live around the corner and have used this station for years, but it's completely unreliable now.

terrible pump that won’t stop beeping and a screen that is impossible to read in the daytime that you need to answer some questions on before you can gas up. Most irritating gas pump i’ve ever been to, only 2 stars because at this time the gas is under 4 dollars per gallon.I did not enter the attached convenience store, this review is strictly about the gas pumps.

Unbelievable encounter today with Joe at this Speedway. I bought 2 coffees, 2 waters, and 4 packs of cigarettes. This is the only gas station I buy my gas and my stuff at. Well, I got to work and realized she gave me the wrong cigarettes. So, within 10 minutes of leaving the store I called and spoke with the female cashier and I explained the issue and asked if she can leave a note of whatever so I can exchange these for the right ones when I get off work at 8. I heard her ask the "manager" what to do and I could hear him say we don't take returns. I continued talking with her then all of a sudden Joe is on the phone telling me they don't do returns. I tried to explain the issue, that she pulled the wrong ones. He couldn't have cared less. So, I decided to leave work and go over to try to reason with Joe, but as soon as I walked in, he recognized me. He recognized me because I had just been in the store like 10 minutes before this. He yelled across the store, "Coming in here isn't going to change our policy." I asked the cashier if I could buy 4 packs of cigarettes. I wasn't asking for the return at this point, I just wanted to buy my cigarettes. Joe then takes the cigarettes from the cashier and says "How about this - you can't buy your cigarettes here anymore." Then he told me to get out. Of course, I didn't leave... so He called the police and had me trespassed, for their mistake.
