Marcela is the goat honestly. She’s very skilled and knows what she’s doing. I received a not so great haircut from another gentlemen there and in the middle of it she came over in the middle of giving a cut to another customer herself, took over and fixed what was going wrong in regards to the cut and also showed pointers to the guy at the same time. She made sure i was taken care of and didn’t leave looking like a goof. With that being said, the other hair stylists need to execute with more precision.

I've been to other Sport Clip locations, but this is the first time I've been to this location, and I have a PHENOMENAL experience!! Marcella was the one who helped me, and she gave me an incredible experience!! I got the Ultimate MVP Experience, and not only she gave me a haircut, but she shampooed my hair, gave me a face and shoulder massage, and she was always nice and genuinely cared about my life. Marcella really went above and beyond to help my needs, and I'll definitely be going to this location for now on!!

I've tried to come here twice for a haircut now.
The first time was a Wednesday and they were closed. Which makes no sense to me.
The second time was today. I reserved my spot on the wait list at around 10:30. There was a 2 minute wait. I am a busy person who has meetings all day. So i booked it. When I got to the barber at 11:09. When I got there I checked my phone and I had a text that they removed me from the wait list. Then they said they were pretty slow and just put my name in. They'd be with me in a few minutes. It is now 1137p.
Mind you I have a meeting at 1p that's about an hour away.
I now don't have time for a haircut.
All the while the haircutter is out here talking to this old man about her side masseuse business where he can come back to her place and get a personal massage. And how tense he is and all that Jam. Bro. You might as well give the guy a handy in front of his wife ? what's crazy is that 90 year old man gonna tip her $2 if anything and I woulda have tipped the cost of the cut as usual given that I was able to clean up before I meet with the business union in my sports leagues.
But hey. I've only been going to sports clips for like 7 years now. Time for a new place.

By far the greatest barbershop in all of Tucson. It's definitely worth the money to get the best service of all time, the MVP. They are gentle and very attentive to what you want your haircut to look like and the massage and hot towels are amazing. I implore anyone to not go anywhere else when you need a haircut since this place will do it right the first time and make you feel welcome.

See why this place is reviewed so poorly. Can't comment of quality of haircut because they wouldn't cut my hair. Got there at 5:25 (close at 6:00). Two ladies cutting hair with one person on the board waiting. Went in and asked if I could put my name in. Their response was "Sir, do you know what time it is? We close at 6:00" I wasn't sure if they were being rude or truly asking me to see if they had time so I responded "yes, you close in 35 minutes correct?" She then again said "look what time it is. Sorry we can't get you in today"
