After wasting nearly two days trying to resolve issues with changing carriers, Juan was able to take care of us. Cant say enough about the willingness of this store to help a customer, versus passing the buck. Thank you, Juan!

Useless associates, system wouldn't work, drove back twice and no use. Called T-Mobile and they said it's the stores issue, nothing on my account.

June 18th we came into this store and got fabulous assistance from Lanessa. She was very helpful and answered every question we had. Very patient young lady to work with. Recommend seeing her for anything you need here.
