“For screen protectors for my iphone or Apple watch, the Zagg kiosk is the best option. They are the best at applying them and their guarantee is the best. I had a Zagg screen protector applied at Best Buy and it developed a lot of bubbles. I took it to Zagg and they honored the guarantee and applied a new screen protector for a fee of $10. Very worthwhile!”
“I used their service again, on 01/04/2026, as my phone was not switching on. They provided a quick service on Sunday and repaired my phone in 10 minutes. Destiny (the staff) was polite and helpful. It was speedy service, no waiting time.”

“I've completely forgotten the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he had a beard, wore a cap, and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed a motherboard issue (I think?) and was honest about it not being worth repairing (but he did say it was doable). He didn't charge my cousin at all for the diagnosis, and he even gave her some advice.
She was so thankful for his honesty that she came back another day with an old phone to have its battery replaced, just to support their business. He was a really nice guy, and he knew all about Samsung phones, which is pretty rare in the US. We even had a good chat about life in Hong Kong. They also have a coffee machine with free pods, which was a lovely touch while we waited.
The service was memorable enough that I'm writing this review a full year later! Highly recommended.”

“Had to go in to get my sons phone replaced, it wasn't able to power on or charge. I was greeted by Vanessa and helped within just a few minutes. She was a ROCKSTAR! She multitasked between multiple customers while also helping me so no one was just sitting there waiting for phones to update or others being verified over the phone. This store has an incredibly valuable asset with Vanessa and should be extremely grateful to have her! I am far from a people person and she made the whole experience wonderful from the start and kept the mood fun and light. “Recent convert to T-Mobile from Verizon, largely because I'd had enough of Verizon's unsatisfactory in-store service. Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. She refused to surrender, and didn't give up until mission accomplished. Jassy, if you're reading this, you are amazing! Thanks again.”

“Aaron was the most kind person coming into this store for the first time. I actually refused to come back unless he was working specifically. He’s helped me so much with switching to TMOBILE and getting all of the perks. Trying to do everything on my own has been one of the most confusing things and I appreciate him being available and helping us out for 2 hours before close. He got me everything I could have wanted from the store including a new charging block, a samsung watch, and a new razr flip phone that I’m SO excited for.
One thing to mention is that it’s 50/50 with calling anyone at this store because you may get some attitude unnecessarily. Despite this, Aaron has been the best member to work with. His tone is always professional and he’s super responsive and respectful to each customer that comes in. I genuinely am so glad that by chance he was the representative at the store the day I decided to walk in. He has my absolute trust as a customer with TMOBILE. Ur the best bro!”

“I had horrible experience at another store, I had just bought a phone. I went to this location and a gentleman (Wero) provided Excellent Customer Service and did what the other store said was impossible. He set my phone up & got it working. I went back to purchase a Case, a young man Carlos helped me to get a new case. The other store had messed that up also. Great Customer Service and know what they're doing. Thank you. I have to agree with Sunny Day. I hope the Mgr. at this location appreciates both of them.”
