Not trying to be rude or anything I don't want to do that at all because well I don't like be angry of that sort its just a lot energy and definitely not going to yell at employees either because we don't know what they're going through but remember you have help someone out on what they need and not care for the customer on what they need or need help with about the phone and cant be whatever the customer either so please you want people to get good vibes off you and not bad because people are going to find better employees that will care and help out.

Was in 2 seperate times both for activation. Both times I worked with Sherlynn & both times was a great experience. She explains things well & her customer service is top notch.

Ricky provided above and beyond customer service to my family and I. The experience was great and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of this location. I would recommend any Tmobile customer to go in here.

I just left the store on Broadway and Craycroft. Purchased phones two or three weeks ago . I was having tech problems with the two different phones . I came in to get some assistance, Jared was awesome. He spent a half hour. Straightening things out now I get it. Excellent customer service. Thanks Jared.

Beware of 3ed party T-Mobile stores and ONLY do business with Corporate stores such as this one. We our in our 80's and have been paying over $300.00 per month for the last 2years and finding out things were added onto our plan we knew nothing about. Miss Mari at this corporate store uncovered many things for us and taught us we need the App and to check our plans to know what we're paying for. We learned 3ed party stores are NOT reliable in doing what they say they will do and if you don't call customer service from time to time, you could end up paying for unwanted items such as "Trackers" on your phone's plan. Someone added 7 of these on our plan @ $10.00 for each, every month. We didn't even know what these were! Thank goodness there are people like Miss Mari who are willing to spend the time with Seniors like us.... Please visit this store!

After a horrible experience at the 6970 E 22nd store, Jesus was unable to find the most basic information about the account or help in any way other than drumming his fingers on the table, we came here. Michelle is a superstar! She took care of my issue and was friendly, informative and has a wonderful personality. This girl deserves a raise in a big way.

The customer service there tried 2 help me. But there store manager was very adamant not 2 bulge. Called Tmobil in parking lot and they went out of their way 2 accommodate me. They did what apparently the store manager would not do. I would never visit a store they do not put customers first.

This place is awesome! Ricky and Albert were extremely helpful to me in purchasing and setting up a new phone for my elderly father. I was in tears when I entered the store and they helped me tremendously. This place is wonderful and all of the staff are kind and helpful. I saw other staff members helping many customers with kindness, patience and great information. Everyone should switch to T-mobile and come to this store to do it. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. ?❤️

I went to this location with my friend In the vehicle I wanted to find out about signing her up with t-mobile so then I can get credit for the referral but when in the store no one said HI or acknowledged me I wanted to see the phones but there was an employee standing there so with my disappointment I left.

This is one of the best T-mobile stores in Tucson. These guys solved a mysterious issue with my account where a different store was incapable of fixing the issue.
