Her technical expertise is also superb. Her ability to educate and patience with us older adults is excellent. You are fortunate to have Dianeliz as your employee.

My mother was a tmobile customer for 11 years...she was a customer until we got the worst,horrible service from DIANALIZ she was very rude to my mom and day. My parents are over 60 years old and of course they always need help with phones. My dad doesn't know how to read or spell he never went to school. Dianaliz treatment towards my dad and her lack of professionalism (very rude, she made my dad feel very bad ..she told my dad that it wasn't her fault my dad was ignorant in the cellphone world and she made it very clear that she wasn't responsible for my dad's education!!! We canceled our 4 lines and took my business to another company!!! ( verizon) so far great service from the Verizon representative. I will pay more but I assure you I won't ever go back to tmobile. Not sure why this representative (dianaliz) treatment was bad.we only asked questions about my dad's phone. If you go to this location avoid this person. I'm sorry tmobile you have representatives working for you with this bad, bad service. You will be loosing business if you don't talk to your representative... she was on her phone on her tick tock account, I asked her to please help my dad since I don't know alot about android phones I have an iPhone. She told me she only knows apple phones she didn't even knowledge my dad, her tick toc account was more important!

I bought the S23 Ultra here. They were not straightforward about answering questions and how the payments and financing work. Very Shady. I was very specific about wanting insurance on the phone. Now my phone is broken, they never put insurance on it, and they were completely unwilling to accept that they made a mistake or do anything to make it right. They actually suggested I commit insurance fraud by adding insurance and then waiting a week to file a claim. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer care, and they MIGHT help with the cost of repairs due to how horribly these in store representatives behaved. I absolutely DO NOT recommend going to this location. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

After wasting nearly two days trying to resolve issues with changing carriers, Juan was able to take care of us. Cant say enough about the willingness of this store to help a customer, versus passing the buck. Thank you, Juan!

June 18th we came into this store and got fabulous assistance from Lanessa. She was very helpful and answered every question we had. Very patient young lady to work with. Recommend seeing her for anything you need here.

Came in to add a line so I can have a separate phone for my side business. The store representative Arturo, did a great job with explaining the best rates, promotions available, and best plan of action for my account. I highly recommend coming into the store and asking for Arturo. I wanted to specifically add a Samsung phone so it can sync with my home desktop and he went through all the details for that to happen. He ensured the process was done at a quick rate and without sacrificing being throughout.

My phone crashed and I did everything the Internet told me to do. It wouldn't turn on. I went in to the T-Mobile store on Irvington. Nessa (Lanessa) fixed my phone, no charge, and got me on a better plan, saving me money. She was terrific!

Had a good experience with the 2 girls who were working today 2/12/22. Got assisted and my problem fixed but my concern is why is there only 2 YOUNG ladies working alone? A man should be on the shift in case of a robbery or something bad happening. Didn’t seem appropriate to allow these 2 young girls to work all alone and risk there lives..… Why would Tmobile allow such a thing and risking this especially these days…. Sounds like poor management happening here.

Lanessa seemed like a magician when she went to work on my behalf and got my online account working in less than a half hour. Customer service people I had talked with for several hours during the last three days unsuccessful. But Lanessa had the touch that was needed to cut through the red tape, get to the right "back end" support person, and walk through the necessary steps. I appreciate your good work, Lanessa!
