I went there at 6:45 pm and the employee told me they closed. They are suppose to be open till 7:00pm. The cashier at the Safeway was even surprised that they “closed” early.

I go to Starbucks often. The sandwiches are good. The drinks are good or bad depending on who is working. Damon makes the best drinks.

Love my Starbucks! I'm there several times a week for my coffee. They have worked out the bugs on their new location. And I love that they greet me by name.

Go to the Safeway starbucks. Everytime ive had to come here because my store is out they make my drink wrong which put me in the hospital once due to my coconut milk allergy. I spoke to Amanda and she said she was going to refund me since it happened THREE TIMES! No refund has happened and today again they can't seem to make something simple correct. This is very frustrating and someone is going to get seriously hurt if they continue to be careless.

I can't with this place. It is so poorly managed. It makes me absolutely crazy. But it's the only Starbucks near us. Hopefully one day Starbucks will open one because it would be a lot busier than this crap place. They do not get it together whatsoever. You could tell this one guy your order 100 times and he'll still ask you 100 times over what it was. 99% of the coffees are cold when you get them. And then if you go in and they're working on online orders even if you ordered, they will put your order behind every online order even if you've been standing there waiting in the only way that they will make your order is if you say hey I've been waiting forever. Please make my order. Today I went in and ordered a simple latte. no changes just a latte. So I waited for 10 minutes and there was about 20 people waiting for their drinks and they were not working on one single drink for in-house. They were only working on online orders in mind you there was two people making drinks. One could've done online orders and one could've done in-house orders. I finally said something and then they made my drink. Poorly managed in so many ways. This is just a couple of experiences, but I could list a plethora of things that not only I've seen, but my husband has dealt with and a bunch of our friends that complain about it. Again, hopefully Starbucks opens up a drive-through location somewhere out here because we need it and then this place would likely shut down. I know that the owner is not putting any effort to make it better.

Very nice stand, had a girl make my white chocolate iced mocha, very friendly. Only thing is, I tried to hand her a $3 tip and she refused saying she's not allowed to accept tips. That's some next level b.s. right there. Here's the thing Starbucks: if I want to tip, let them take the tip. There is no shame in wanting to tip for being awesome. *inserts middle finger*
