My family and I really enjoyed the the spacious rooms and the customer service was top notch. They were clean and comfortable. We usually book a different hotel when we visit Tucson but for now on we will book here. Thank you. ?

Im a diamond elite meember. April at the front desk is awesome. She is always helpful. Breakfast could be better. When Lydia is here Breakfast is great. My room is not clean on a consistent basis. Added to today's entry a guest was intoxicated while at the front desk. The guest first name is stuart. He became bulergerent to person at front desk. Also he impeded on the personal space of myself. He was loud and obnoxious and had full glass full of alcohol

I was here for two nights, I had no complaints. They cater to long stays. The rooms are clean, had a kitchen in the room, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and silverware. But it gets better free bars for few hours. This hotel was Very pleasant.

Front desk read my room request to me upon check-in. Enough said. High score all around as this never happens!!!Newly renovated rooms are beautiful, great breakfast, fresh coffee. So happy. The rooms have a nice, cold, refrigerator which is awesome for me due to medications needing to be kept cold. I also brought my own cream for my coffee in the room.

Despite being under renovation, I had a great experience. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and even the crew working the renovation in the hallway were friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and quick. It is about 2 blocks from the airport so returning for my next flight was trivial. The hotel seems to be about 15 to 20 minutes tops from most stuff you would want to do. Would stay here again.

Overall 5 stars. The staff here is this property's biggest reason for my 5 star rating. They are very friendly and give effort to help in any way they can. I give 4 stars for the rooms due to some not being renovated yet. Offers free laundry machines to use and the gym onsite is more than enough to be able to keep your fitness plans on track when you're at your home away from home. Breakfast service that's offered is very good and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the evening they offer Beer, Wine and appetizers free of charge.

We arrived at Staybridge Suites by the Tucson airport about 9:40 pm. We checked into our room. Our room smelled like vomit. It was horrible. We talked to the front desk lady and she tried to help us. She agreed that the smell was awful. She sprayed something on the floor and on the couch and curtains, but it ended up making it worse. She was friendly and said she wished there was something she could do for us, but there were no rooms available that night and they'd have to see for the next day. She tried to call the manager, but the manager did not answer. My kids and I "slept" on the two full beds. It was a miserable night. My husband was supposed to sleep on the pull-out couch, but that's where the smell was the worst. He felt sick to his stomach so he went and slept in the car.By this time there was another front desk person. He was very friendly and tried to be helpful. He also tried to reach the manager to no avail.Around 1 or 2 in the morning, we all finally settled down and were able to fall asleep. We all slept restlessly. We could smell that smell the whole night. The next morning, the same front desk clerk from the later part of the night was still there. He said he'd cleaned a room himself that we could have that night. He'd talked to the manager and he said they were not charging us for the night before. He said if we stayed, we could get that night free and only pay for the 3rd night. They also offered to waive the pet fee. After some discussion, my husband and I decided to go to a different hotel for our last two nights. Aside from the vomit smell, there were stains on much of the furniture in the rooms and in the main areas. There was an overall feeling of not being clean. There were certain minor maintenance issues like the baseboards coming loose and the paint or wallpaper peeling off the windowsills. There was no one wiping the counters down during breakfast and the counters were quite messy. The food did not look appetizing. We understand that they are renovating the hotel and that they have been for 2 years.Overall, the front desk clerks were very friendly and nice, which we were thankful for. They tried to help us as much as they could. We never met the manager and it was difficult to contact her when we needed help in the middle of the night. We were able to get a room at a different hotel. The second hotel was 20.00 cheaper a night and was SO CLEAN. It looked and felt clean.Unfortunately we will never return to Staybridge Suites. It was not a good experience and we would not want to risk another experience like that.

The hotel is going through a renovation, I was in a new room. It was very comfortable and clean. If you let them, room service will refresh your room just about every day. They also have a happy hour Monday thru Wednesday. Pool was clean. Great place to relax in the outside area.

The front desk clerk was super nice and attentive. She made me feel welcome and made conversation with me. The location was perfect. They are in remodel but we were lucky to be in one of their remodeled rooms. Bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else in the room was ok.

This hotel was an absolute disgrace for 275.00 a night. You would think for paying that much it would be a little nicer. It was no better than a 69.99 Motel 6. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and the rooms were small. They put us in a room that the paint was peeling off the walls. They did switch us to a remodeled room where the AC worked in the living room but not the main bedroom. We didn't sleep at all. I highly recommend not wasting your money here. The only plus side was the customer service. She was friendly and very nice.

The bathroom shower had soap and hairs all over in the tub from a prior guest and I didn't step foot in it. There were stains everywhere, it was one of the most rundown hotels I've stayed at in a while, will not be back. P.S. I travel alot and visit many different hotels. Disappointed for this is and IHG hotel.

Their staff is really sweet here. Front desk was so warm and positive. The accommodations were perfect for the price you pay. It was clean and what more could you ask for. No

I spent about 30 days. The staff here are friendly and helpful and accommodating. At the time I went, they were doing some renovation so in time, the rooms will be up to date. The pool is nice with the fire at night and normally empty during the late morning ? so you can get your tan on without bother. Great breakfast, coffee is fantastic, I normally survive on Starbucks, but I really enjoyed the dark brew here.
