We absolutely love our stone cactus fountain! It is a unique piece of art that looks great day and night. It’s the perfect size and has a beautiful, gentle water sound that is so calming. Dave showed us how to maintain it (which is so easy). They can be freestanding or in-ground (like ours). There are water line hook-up options as well. The ones outside at the shop evidently have been there for 20 years and still look great with minimal maintenance. Multiple sizes are available. They deliver and install at great distances. Lucky to have found this place!

Cactus fountain is beautiful and adds a lot to our courtyard. However, the lights stopped working and the response is verbally positive, but there is no followthrough. Been trying for a couple of months and still no replacement light as promised. If you buy their fountain don't purchase the lighting and don't expect any followup service.

First of all, stone cactuses are a very cool product - realistic cactus sculptures that are water features and can be augmented with lights. Anna did a very good job explaining it in the showroom and following up when we ordered on telephone. Don provided expert installation to get it just right. Very smooth and enjoyable process.

Outstanding customer service from Anna and Dave. And the stone cactus waterfalls arre amazing. They are beautiful to look at and listen too. Very calming. After the last install we now have three. Completely satisfying experience. Thank you Anna, Dave and your staff for an incredible experience.

Dave just installed our third stone cactus fountain. This one is actually a lager upgrade on number two. We are thrilled and know all the birds that congregate near the fountain we be pleased there is more room! It’s always a pleasure to work with your company.

Avoid this business!
We have a beautiful fountain purchased 3 years ago from the previous owners of this company. New owners as of fall 2024. They do not know how to run a business and I'm not convinced they know how to service the fountains.
1. When calling for service they will not give a window of time, so you must be available ALL DAY for service to show up. This is inconvenient but, ok. Now I have spent at least 6 days waiting for service person who either doesn't show, reschedules and doesn't show, comes and looks but must come back to fix and doesn't show, comes back at some point but cannot fix the problem.
2. The problem is that they installed a calcium filter that was not done properly. Now the fountain doesn't fill from the irrigation like it always has so the basin has run dry and burned up a brand new pump.
Owner Dave has replaced the pump, partially dug around trying to fix the filter and fill issue unsuccessfully, and it has now been 2 months that we are hand filling the fountain daily with all the dirt dug and exposed around the fountain, while he gives various excuses why he is not coming the day he has scheduled.
3. Now we have fired Dave and will have to pay someone else to fix what Stone Cactus has broken.

This company was stolen from me after my dad, Dave Wienert, passed away.
I’m the legal owner of it at 75%. The woman who owned 25% “sold” it to whoever this guy is running it now a year ago for a paltry sum that we never agreed to and never signed (or even saw) the paperwork for.
He won’t pick up my calls or answer my messages. He took everything me and my sister were owed, my entire dad’s legacy.
I don’t think it’s a very good thing to steal a son’s fathers life work from him. I’m sure justice will be served.

I’ll start off by saying we love our cactus fountain. The quote through installation went without a hitch. However, after the installation we had a small leak coming out of one of the cactus arms and the water flow overall was not good. I contacted the new owner and he stated someone would be out on Thursday or Friday of the coming week to fix the problems (which he said were easy to fix). After a no call, no show for the service, I reached back out to the owner and he apologized as they got busy with a move. He said he would get someone out. After not hearing back about a week, I reached back out to the owner and I did not receive a response. I ended up buying epoxy to fix the leak and replaced the cheesecloth bag they used to protect the pump with a fine mesh bag…and the problems were fixed. There was a transition in ownership going on during this time, so I hope the lack of service was something situational and not the norm. This would have been a 5 star review, it it were not for the service issue.

What an amazing product they offer. The waterfall cactus are absolutely gorgeous and I expect them to hold up for many many decades to come. The LED lights that shine at night with the water falling down the sides of the cactus is nothing short of gorgeous.

This place is gorgeous and so are their products but good luck getting help once they come and install your investment. It's very hard to get anyone on the phone and then when you are able to, and try to make an appointment for work to be done on your fountain, the technicians often don't show up. They do not return calls and do not respond to emails. Unless of course, you have an outstanding bill, then you can always reach someone.
So while their art is really sensational, I'd look somewhere else for your new fountain unfortunately

I bought a fountain not long ago. The fountain is showing cracks, rust and the water doesn’t cover all the arms. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule a visit to my home. It is the 2nd week and no call or response from owner or employees of this company. Their customer service is non existent. Think twice before purchasing from this place. They show lack of care

So far we’ve had an awful experience. Our brand new fountain has several cracks, the water isn’t flowing correctly, and some areas have started to rust after using it less than 10 times. We’ve been waiting for close to a month for someone to do something. We’ve been unable to reach someone by phone multiple times so we finally made the long drive to the store and were told someone would reach out last week to setup a date to fix the problems we’re having. Since yesterday I’ve called at least 5 times and get sent to voicemail, where I get a message that the mailbox is full. I’m hoping that by posting about these issues in this review, we finally get a call back and get these problems resolved because this many issues and awful customer service is the last thing I expected from a fountain that costs over 2k and a company who had good reviews. We know there’s a change in ownership happening, but that doesn’t excuse such poor customer service. We are not wealthy so this was a huge investment for my family and we’ve been waiting patiently for someone to fix this fountain so we can use it & hopefully have it last a long time. At this point I regret this purchase so much
