Called to get prices on units. Brenda who helped me was so kind. Very helpful and appeared to care about her job and the customers. We signed up for a 3 month deal and are looking forward to utilizing them. They don’t bother you with calls or texts on a regular basis either. Thanks Storage Direct!

They are so worried about having you give a review as soon as you get there that they don't tell you the details of when rent is due, for me rent was due one week later and because no one told me then there was a late fee added! When I called back to explain this to the woman the woman said well it was in your lease agreement, you mean the one that they said sign here sign here sign here now give us a review! Don't do it it's not worth it! Horrible customer Service!
