The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The facility appears to be very clean and well maintained. I most definitely recommend Storage Direct Marana to anyone who is in the market for a storage unit at a great price.

Really smooth process. Signed up online in the evening, got a call the next morning like they said I should, stopped by to finalize everything. Super mice people.

Storage Direct on Ina and Camino Martin is a great place to store your items. The team here is great. They work with me on my payments if I'm gonna be late. They also don't beat around the bush. I also love it because you can have great conversations. I highly recommend storage direct.

India and Delicia provide the best customer service. They are always friendly and helped make the move-in process very simple. I like the fact that we do not need to sign any paperwork anymore as it is all completed electronically.

I had the smallest unit there and I was paying $100 a month and they kept raising the prices. when it came time to getting all of my stuff out of there, it was nasty dirty and dried bugs were all over my stuff had to trash most of it.

Do you want to know about Storage Direct? I rented 2 units. They were very clean. Even the hall was clean and the area outside the entrance! The staff was so, so helpful! I lost my card with my entrance code. It was no problem, they issued me a new one and helped me with the key pad. I get confused so this was really helpful! I broke a light bulb just outside the entrance and they told me they would clean it up! My experience with the staff was exceptional. They were polite and friendly. If I have need for storage again, I would definitely use this facility. NJS

I had such a warm welcome by the two ladies in the office. They were very clear with the paper work and friendly in showing me my unit. We even had a few laughs as if we were old friends. I highly recommendThis storage facility and you will love India and Delicia. ?✨

I rented a 5X10 storage unit here exactly two years ago. My initial rate was $57.40/month. Since then, there have been several rate increases. Today (08-29-2022), I was informed of an additional rate increase that takes the monthly cost up to $95.33. Close to double my original monthly rate. Not happy.
