After 5 + yrs as a loyal customer . 2 weeks ago front gate was broken down 1 week in a half. Store Quest did not take action. Due to this ,this gave the homeless access to place where nobody was ever questioned & they would come in & out & case the place. As a result, my storage was broken into & the stold my property $1800 in tools was taken. The picture I posted happened right underneath storage quest staff. Their security cameras where not working @ the time when police came & took report. I was able to retreave this picture 24hrs later. To make a long story shortThis negligence happened on their watch. They & cooperate wiped their hands to this & left me to pay with my insurance. Beware of their $500 deductibleMake sure you read your contract.They should have re inbursted me. What a worthless& heartless Company this is. No care for loyalty. I would not recommend this snake pit to any body. Beware of the homeless that hang around wash. Their looking for a freebe & to take advantage . They should rename the place ,help yourself to my storage. What a DUMP!!

Rochelle the mean person that always help me at the front desk was always so helpful and very friendly. She always greeted me with a smile and help me on more than one occasion when I had trouble with my storage. Storage Quest is safe and clean and I will be using them in the future if I ever need a storage again

The staff is friendly and willing to help. I have used several other storage facilities in Tucson but I like this one best. Security seems very good. The walls are high around the facility. Lighting is great. I have a 10x25 unit and they have larger units available. I recommend this StorQuest at 4555 N 1st in Tucson AZ.

If you're trying to decide where in Tucson to store something, choose here! Rachelle was beyond amazing--answered all our questions, got us a unit in the shade (as best she could in AZ :)), and even oiled our door which was rusted. She's so friendly and I love stopping by to see her whenever I'm around. The only part of my experience that wasn't perfect was that corporate was running deals they did not let Rachelle know about, so she could only honor them so much. However, she absolutely tried her best for us, and I can't thank her enough for that. Corporate should appreciate having a manager as amazing as Rachelle!

I'm gonna say that Rachelle was very helpful, I stopped bye and explained my situation to her and what I was looking for in a rental unit. She was able to get me exactly what I needed and had me taken care of and out the door in less than 30 minutes, thanks again Rachelle.
