DO NOT book this place unless you’re okay with them “accidentally” double booking on your day just weeks before your event and them forcing you to cancel your event without being able to see a copy of your contract. I’ve never dealt with such bad business in my life! Judging from everyone else’s experience, it seems this is a very common thing for the owner to do.PS: the kitchen is terribly dirty and so are the restrooms. No amount of cleaning will make them happy enough for them to return your CONTRACTURAL deposit back.

Put a deposit 5 months in advance, they called me 2 weeks prior to engagement saying that THEY double booked, and I could NOT have hall for date I reserved. Owner very shady, would not let us see our original signed contract. Would not tell us when other party reserved venue. DO NOT trust this venue with your event! Negative Stars, Bad Business!!

I met with owner and girlfriend and paid 300 fully refundable deposit for events for next 6 months. First I paid for the first event, all went well and deposit was to be “rolled over to the next event and held” then I am told yesterday that the venue was triple booked on June 29 th and they forgot so had to cancel my upcoming craft event scheduled 7/28 and 7/29.Was told to call in the am to pick up deposit. So at 730 am I called and now I’m told “ nobody has any money,there was a shooting, glass got broken, everyone is broke and more. I stated their finances were not my concern and I wanted a refund today as per the owner broke the contract and I had to refund my vendors and was told there is no money and you must get it on this Sunday. Stated I was not playing their game and will make police report as money is being withheld for no reason.Owner’s girlfriend states she’s trying to come up with money. Do Not book anything here!! The owner and girlfriend have many excuses about everything! The venue is worth the price except for the dirty walls,floor, mice running around and the homeless hanging in the sidewalk! This location is very poor unprofessionally managed, unclean and liers!!!! I recommended with all those issues they should close it or change owners. Not cool. Police report filed!

I really love this place! Did my sons 1st birthday here and it was really the best time, now I'm planning a surprise party!. There's enough room for a decent amount of people. It's easy to decorate and clean up after. There's not one but TWO bathrooms, a small kitchen area and fridge to keep foods fresh or frozen if need be. The price is such a great deal for what you're getting. Very spacious and well kept. I've never had any issues getting my deposit back, Bob makes everything easy and straight forward. Once you return the keys he gives you your deposit and you're good to go.

Could use a little sprucing up, but a good small to medium sized group venue. No kitchen facilities on site, but you can bring your own food and drinks in. It does have tables and chairs to set up. You do your own setup and clean up. It does have 2 easily accessible restrooms. Parking is somewhat an issue. We had plenty. We had a pleasant time.

Last week i had my sons birthday here and we had a really good time here. i rent the venue for 24hrs i didnt have any problems. we cleaned after the party and i just return the key and got my deposit back. For us it worked perfect.

I have rented this facility on a few different occasions. It has always been clean and just perfect for my needs for a meeting space. The price is very reasonable and the people who handled no The Renting of the facility were very kind and efficient.

The perfect place for an event. The owners are quick to respond, courteous, and very helpful with queries, suggestions, and even showing the location. The venue is clean, spacious, Well-lit and in a very convenient location.

Wonderful location for any party or event. owners are really helpful and true to their word. Would defiantly host more events there The place is very clean and spacious. 100 percent happy with our experience. Owner was quick to call and arranged some last minute details at no extra charge. Two thumbs way up !

This place has horrible business practices. No walk thru after the event. Deposit was not given back even tho we cleaned to the way it was. The owner also would not give back any of our stuff, coolers bar alcohol birthday gifts and a phone one our friends left.The place is gross I had to get soap and air freshener.Police report filed. And there was a mouse.

Do not use this facility! First of all when we arrived for our party the place was filthy trash was overfilled and we had no where to put our trash. Next morning went to pick up our stuff and owner and staff stoled everything including a phone, bar, alcohol and misc things. Owners claimed they didn’t take it but one of our trusted vendors saw them load it in their car. Called owner to resolve and he hung up on me and then claimed the facility was a mess which it was not. He kept our security deposit. There’s a reason why they only take cash. This a really shady business and the owners are thefts. We made a police report

Do not rent this place out!!! The owner is shady and thieves! We had to clean the place up when we got there early yesterday to set up and found the garbage dumpster was completely full. The owner stole very expensive decorations, clothing, alcohol and more! On top of that they are keeping the deposit with no good reason. Save yourself a lot of money and stress and avoid this place!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! The owner is a crook and a thief. We left items in the facility from the previous night to pick up in the morning when we dropped off the key and all of our stuff was gone when we arrived. We called the owner who said they were now his items and then said we weren't getting our deposit back despite the facility being left far cleaner than it was when we received. he then hung up on us and would not answer subsequent calls. I have filed a police report naming the owner Bob Byars and his cleaning lady who was caught by our party planner putting our items in her car before quickly driving away. The acts of the owner and cleaning lady go beyond poor customer service and no less than criminal.
