This has been my favorite location for years I have spent hundreds of dollars here . The fact that they now charge for extra veggies will now send me to another location. One of the long standing reasons we go here is we like lots of veggies Usually only 2 veggies on out sandwiches. And now we have to pay more like extra cheese.. that is nonsense. To me this is a fundamental of subway. I have been a loyal customer since I worked for subway in the 90s and this is enough to send me elsewhere. With the sandwiches already costing a lot more to cover the rise in wages to now also.have to pay for veggies.. nope. Disappointed customer for sure.

James I just want to say Thank you for the best customer service today on April 5th around 11:30am.I’ve been to many subways but I never had the best service I’ve received from you today.Hearing you greet customers you can just tell by hearing that you took pride in your work in making people feel welcomed ( you are blessed and today I was blessed to have experience your great customer service)Thank you and keep up the good work

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Noah who was on shift at 8:30pm(while I was there) 7/1/23.He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional when taking orders and preparing food.My only complaint is that he was all ALONE. Is this Subway policy? To leave one (1) person by themselves to be overworked? I have nothing but praise for Noah but I was sad to see him struggle to make everyone happy(which he did!).I hope he is recognized for his hard work and I hope management/ownership recognizes the need for more help in their store(s). Not only would it be more efficient but safer for the employees.Thanks again Noah! You were awesome!

Ordered online for a specific pickup time. Only had a limited time for lunch. Spent over 20 minutes in line to be told my order had not been made yet. Spent another 10 minutes waiting for other peoples' orders to be made before mine. Got back to work late with no time to eat. Never ordering here again.

I ordered on the mobile app and the worker did the exact opposite of what I asked for; my bread was not toasted, the bread was incorrect, and I had asked for a little bit of mustard and it looked like I asked for extra, I paid EXTRA money for avocado and it was not there, I basically gave you guys free money. When I went to pick up my order the big guy was being a simp with a female customer, I'm pretty sure now we know why the order was not made correctly, it's not that hard to read an order ticket.

I work near by and I want to grab lunch here sometimes but I always get stuck waiting for my food and have to leave before they can make it. I guess a half hour lunch break isn't long enough to get subway. Baggins or Jimmy John's is the better options in this area.

I had gone there on our way to and from a school trip, we stopped on our way back and an older woman and a younger man were working, my friend had placed an online order so by the time we needed to leave the sandwich would be done and we could be on the bus ON TIME. The older lady was extremely rude to her staff member, to me, my friend, OTHER CUSTOMERS, and my advisor. I have worked in the fast food industry and never would I EVER treat a customer like that, even after 3 buses, we had buses all the time and I never once reacted the way that lady had done. If she works there DO NOT GO THERE.

Terrible customer service. Employees want to argue about their dry hard bread. Refused to refund my money didn't offer a fresh sandwich. Had to contact district Manager. This shop has gone down hill. I'm done with Subway.

Only white, wheat and very stale jalapeño cheese bread available. I can say Ive never had a bad subway sandwich prior to today.4 bags of chips on the shelf. Is this location closing?

I took my 82-year-old dad to get his first Subway sandwich tonight and from the time that we walked in to when we left Kevin helped me explain everything to my father about a sandwich and was very polite and very understanding and very helpful when trying to help my dad I appreciate all the help he gave good employee Kevin my dad said you made a good sandwich he enjoyed it very much thank you for all your help keep up the good work and thank you again Kevin
