Leslie White (owner)you should be ashamed having only 1 girl working this location on a Friday night. I come to this location very often and there is always a long wait and it’s not the employees fault in any way. We had an online order placed at 7:30 and we didn’t receive our food till almost 8:30 after waiting in the restaurant for over 30 minutes!

It's not the employee fault she's doing a great job, but how in the world do you think it's right to have 1 person to run this storeWhoever in management needs to be ashamed of themselves. I have never waited so long in my life waiting on a subway sandwich. My hip and feet hurt. I could have driven off speedway and gotten faster service.I just threw my chips down and walked out, now someone walking in talking about picking a online order that she has not had time to prepare. All be damned if I was going to be standing in line for another damn 20 minutes. Yall suck with these bussiness in Tucson.

The sandwich maker was kind enough to make me broccoli and cheddar after they stopped serving soups. I’m on a liquid diet and disabled and no other Subway would do it.Dietary restrictions: soup only

I realize it's hard to give a fast-food place more than 4 stars but if one is mindful of simply keeping the ratings within the genre/class, this should be achievable... and fair to do so. We've been to this Subway a couple of times this year and, although the staff seems to change every six months, they are always reasonably cheerful and quick/accurate with orders. Today was no different. We had an online bogo (likely designed to encourage discovery of their app) and we ordered two footlongs ahead of time as we were en route about 10 min away. They were almost done when we arrived 12 min later... good timing. And they were made exactly as requested, despite several modifications to the default composition of each sub. Their new meatball sub with pepperoni (called the Beast, $11) elevated the usual with a nice spicy kick. There are lots of coupons floating around and it's the only way to go, since their sandwich prices have jumped about 20% in just the past year. Parking is free/easy in this smallish strip mall, shared with Supercuts and Papa Murphy's.

No meat for the price I paid, asked if I wanted extra meat for a extra price, Um no put some meat on in the first place.

Ordered take out 40 minutes before I got here, app even told me it was ready to go now and when I got here to the store all the employee could tell me was that he hadn’t even started the sandwiches yet. There was not even an apology for them not being ready or an urgency to make my sandwiches when they were supposed to already be ready. He proceeded to make two other separate orders for other people instead of the sandwiches i had already ordered and paid for instead.

One of the best Subway's in Tucson. It's conveniently located on the eastside of town right across from Udall Park. The service at this location is amazing and the cleanliness of the place is great as well. So if you are in the neighborhood I really suggest you have a stop by for a quick bite, you won't be disappointed.

This is not simply A Subway it is THE Subway. The service is pretty amazing and we often go in nights but sometimes during the day too. I am a vegetarian and they always make me custom sandwiches that are very good. I always make a veggie and cheese sandwich. They tend to give out cookies with certain meals. An example would be double meat or double cheese gets you a free cookie. Is there a tastier cookie than a free one? Tonight I had an avocado and tomato sandwich as you can see and it was delicious. Mason works there a lot of nights and is always very helpful and makes great sandwiches obviously. There is a girl there too during the days and she is great as well. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name I will update it with hers soon though as I am here often. The location is kind of slow so I'm hoping more people will stop in. Don't get too carried away though I don't want to wait all day for a sandwich LOL.
