The lady at check-in wasn't overly friendly but at least wasn't rude. The breakfast food wasn't fancy but had some variety and was kept stocked. The room's floor was wood (not carpet) and seemed clean. The sheets and counters seemed clean. That's everything good I have to say.The room needed some major repairs and cleaning in smaller ways. The bathroom faucet wasn't attached to the counter so turning on the water was challenging as it moved around. The curtains had black smudges of something all over them. The door sill was loose so suitcases had to be lifted over and it pushed back into position to close the door. Light switches and outlets were seriously grimy. The (non-smoking) room had an odd odor that one person in our group thought was cigarettes. Airing the room out by leaving the door open wasn't an option because of the strong marijuana smell coming a fellow perpetually smoking in the parking lot. Loud heavy bass music was coming from at least one vehicle in the parking lot from about 8-10pm. This was in addition to the road noise being easily heard at all times.

I encountered multiple issues during the stay:1. **Unpleasant Incident**: I had a disturbing experience with another guest who used offensive language, directed racial slurs at me, made threats, repeatedly shouting, "I'll kill him," leading me to feel unsafe and check out early.2. **Billing Issues**: Despite checking out early due to this incident, only three hours after checking in, I was charged for the full three-day stay. After discussing the situation with a staff member, who initially implied I was at fault, they agreed to refund me. However, I was charged again. This reflects poorly on the hotel in terms of guest safety, customer service, and billing practices. Such experiences are incredibly distressing and frustrating, especially when the response from the hotel staff is not supportive or understanding. It's important for hospitality services to address such concerns promptly and empathetically to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.Safety: My health, and safety were placed at risk during my stay.

Non-smoking rooms smelled deeply of cigarette smoke so much so that being there a minute made my throat hurt. When we tried to change rooms they put us in another room that was just as bad even though they were designated as smoke-free. I guess any charges made on previous guests for having smoked in the room is not used to clean the room.

Stayed there this last weekend checking in Sep 29 2023 was going to check out on the 5th of October as soon as my wife and i checked in they had many people walking around on drugs my wife was scared right then and did not want to stay there people were smoking in rooms the smell of smoke was coming in to our room either one of us smoke my wife is extremely allergic to the cigarette smoke. We went to the office that day when we checked in and they could not do nothing about it. They did not give two shits, on Sunday Oct 1 we were out all day got back about 5 pm wife's car had 4 flat tires somebody punctured the sidewalls with needles also tried to break in to the car we checked out that Sunday had to get a new room some where else so she felt safe there after that the hotel would not give us our money back for the days not used I didn't care about the days we used. It is what it is. I called and asked and she told me no that is not going to happen. Our manager does not allow that someone had a family emergency the following night, and the manager would not give them a refund, this guy needs to be fired Wyndham hotels need to stop supporting this hotel he is taking advantage of people and that is not right

The only people staying here are actually *living* here, being supported by the government.Lots of uneducated, needy, druggy, low life people. Including management. My dog was attacked by a homeless persons dog here really bad. Final straw for me to just leave a day early. It was traumatic.I thought this was supposed to be a hotel? Not a shelter….My room was filthy. Missing a pillow, dirty towels, smelled gross… stained sheets made me question if those were dirty too. The people outside were doing sketchy things all night…Everyone deserves better than this place. My advice if you are considering- go camp somewhere peaceful or spend a little extra for the peace in a safe place. This is not worth a penny.Thankful I’m not down and out like these folk. Thankful I’ll just miss a nights worth of money because I don’t expect a refund for the second night I prepaid.

The Manager was so disrespectful, He was very rude, I had my daughter and my new born grandson n my son-law, In a Double Queen Suite!and my dogs! Calling me a lair n that I wasn't being truthful with him also calling me out of my name! Saying I'm a front! Clearly he doesn't read notes that are posted! I've had spoken to a lady manager the day prior, she has explained to me, to request the room 119 to 120 or any of the rooms at the back of the hotel that, has flooring! He was so unreasonable. Wouldn't let me explain myself at all! Then he proceeded to say he was done with the conversation! Bye! As a supervisor For a Hilton Hotel, You would NEVER receive this type service from my Hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The Manger is rude! I didn't stay here but a travel nurse was trying to request a new room after finding it not clean. She said we either get a room change or a refund. The Manger said I can refuse service if you're not willing to stay here....didn't pay attention apparently. She then literally shooed her of the property. I was flabbergasted the way she treated a nice lady. I was returning logos to the business so I wasn't going stay here but after I saw this I couldn't let this go. Please choose any other hotel but this one.

Horrible!! We liked the price however you get want you paid for. We got a burnt mattress, brown and white dried spots on the sheets/blankets, and a half-broken door.

Just needed a place to sleep while passing through! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything in working order and I was excited they offered decaf coffee. Room did not look anything like pictures advertised but still cozy. The best part was the price advertised was what I paid even without pre booking on line. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge, wi-fi and cable all included in roomRooms: Comfortable bed

Terrible service. There's this old manager guy that keeps disrespecting people, calling everyone names, he threatened a few guys to call the cops on them.He denied me water (yes, his soul is that ugly) even though I was going to pay for it by card, he would only accept cash. So, my lips were chapped the entire night. The room service guy was a nice human being, but he mistakenly gave me wrong sized sheets, which is fine. But the manager (old bald guy) will have you regret staying here for sure. He got into arguments with EVERYONE.Overall my stay here was stressful. Will never come back and I advise that you don't either.Noteworthy details: TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I'll pray for his soul.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We stayed two nights, and both were miserable. The toilet and shower were dirty, floor not vacuumed. Our neighbors on one side worked at the hotel, and they were yelling at each other, slamming doors and blasting music all night (on Sunday and Monday night). The neighbors on the other side turned the tv up so loud our bed was vibrating. Drug deals in the parking lot, pounding on our door at 4am, constant tweaker presence. The owner had to cut the bar lock to get back into our room. Bite the bullet and spend a little more somewhere else- NOT in this neighborhood.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The ceiling waS falling downThe carpet waS nasty The sink was cracked The light was literally hanging out of the ceiling. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. And they charged $84 bucks. And when I showed the manager how disgusting the room was and asked for a discount. He laughed at me. DO NOT STAY HERERooms: DISGUSTING!!!Safety: I felt very unsafe there. And it's not easy to make me feel unsafe

You've got to sleep someplace but watching a B&W Cop Crusing by your door (regularly) makes you want to pick up and upgrade to another Hotel. The Washer & Dryer are broke down. Get your damage deposit (cash only) back when checking out.

If you need a place for an extended stay don't stay here, managers yell at the staff, and customers when they check out from their rooms. Most rooms the a/c leaks which soaks the carpet causing a molding smell.. most of the time the TV works.. they over charge you for a can of soda and over all this isn't really a good place to bring children here to stay. It's a bad neighborhood. Find a better hotel
