I went in for a quick cheap trim. i was seated right away when i went in. I wanted a few layers and about an inch trimmed off. First she trimmed my bangs. They were way too short from the very first cut but I didn’t say anything. I knew they would grow out quickly and nothing could be done now. Then she started on the rest of my cut, she did great with checking with me on the length. I asked for a bit more off the length and she listened well. Then she did the layers. I didn’t realize till I got out of the salon but the layers are so choppy and uneven. One size has more than the other and they are significantly shorter than the overall length. I’m pretty disappointed even when I started with low expectations.

There are great people in this Supercuts but some requires more training. I think they are self policing as some that are not as good, I don't see anymore.
