It was horrible. They ruined my hair, sides uneven. I got some king of trainee, and their response was that everyone is learning by making mistakes. I do not want they do mistakes on me, go practice first on someone else then go to the official barbershop.

I have been going to this Supercuts for almost a year, and the quality of my haircut varies. So that's about 10 visits for haircuts . Sometimes the haircut a Is great and sometimes it just average. Some stylists have a good personality like Robert. He did a great job, took his time and was actually interested in conversing with me. Toni was great and also was interesting, paid attention to my requests, and answered my concerns. Three of the other ladies who cut my hair were horrible. They wouldn't answer my questions or comments. Who wants to get a haircut from a stylist where the customer is ignored. Maybe they had a bad day or several bad days. I always leave a good tip, but that may change especially when the stylist is sullen and rude. Perhaps I should start scheduling my appointments on days when Robert and Toni are working. I think that's a good plan. Then I won't be disappointed. So my recommdation for this Supercuts is "Hit and Miss." The store was so much better about a year ago when it first opened.

I checked in online right before I left my house. I had just enough time to get a haircut before having to go to work. I show up at my scheduled time, 9am, and the door is still locked and it looks dark inside with no workers. I tried calling to see if maybe they were in the back and nothing. It is now 9:10 and still no one. If y’all are gonna have an option to check in for a certain time, at least have people available at that time or have a sign at the door that you’ll be closed that dayUpdate - I understand things happen but as someone in the customer service industry, I know reviews are actually looked at by corporate, which is why I left this one.But I am really happy with the response from them in such a short time and I'm thankful they wanted to make it right. Definitely will return ?
