DONT BOOK WITH ANNA DONT LET HER DO YOUR HAIR I ASKED FOR CURTAIN BANGS LONG LAYERS AND A TRIM AND SHE CUT WAY MORE THAN DISCUSSED AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO CURTAIN BANGS WHICH I DIDNT FIND OUT TILL SHE TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T GO TO YOUR CHIN THEY HAD TO BE SHORT SO I HAD TO GET WISPY BANGS WHICH I DIDNT WANT BC THEY WERE CHOPPY AND THAN DIDNT BLEND IT SO ITS STILL CHOPPY SO I HAVE TO GO GET IT FIXED I TOLD HER IT WAS CHOPPY I TALKED I DID MY PART SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE SCISSORS AND SHE DEFINITELY SHOULDN'T BE CUTTING HAIR SHE DID A TERRIBLE JOB

Jackie treated me like royalty and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She was a professional and determining the best color match for my retouch and gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. She was kind and considerate of my need for some peace and quiet speaking to me minimally as I prefer. She gave me the greatest head massage. Rinsed my hair and shampooed it for the cut. My only regret is that I fell to handle full tip that I had intended to give her I’m working on getting back. Thank you, Jackie. You really did a wonderful job and I hope that you will be available the next time I need cut color. I’m getting many compliments. I’m sorry I didn’t but I will be bringing in an extra $20 when I canhow
