Went in with expectations of getting a cute curly hair pixie and left crying. ITZEL from the Tucson Irvington location left me with a short almost buzz cut EVEN AFTER showing her photos of my desires. I can't even put my curls behind my ears to stay. I'm embarrassed to be in public and now regret going there.

You know I've been here before and it was great. Checked in online and came in at the correct time... A walk in went before me... idk, maybe I'm wrong... but I thought the whole point of making an appointment online and checking in online means you will be next... Nope a walk in went rite in font of me and one of the girls didn't even check untill after... No more tips for these ladies....

OMG!!!! Mayra was so kind and so gentle. Normally I put off my haircuts because I always leave with a tremendous headache and my neck killing me. Not this Saturday. Great location.. Kristina is the only person that I let cut my hair.. she is amazing I have been going with her for years . She has colored and always turned out great she did an updo and also waxes my eyebrows all her services are phenomenal!!
