⭐ 1 Star – You sold me junk, and then disrespected me for it.
On 6/20, I purchased an electric guitar for my daughter at this SuperPawn location. The very next day, at only her second-ever guitar lesson, her instructor noticed the volume knob was stuck and couldn’t adjust the sound. When trying to remove the cap on the volume knob, the entire volume control detached from the body of the guitar—clearly a defect.
We returned to SuperPawn the same day to explain the issue and request a return or exchange. Instead of offering help, we were accused of lying and told there’s no way to prove the guitar was sold to us in this condition. When asked if they inspect the instruments before sale, staff admitted they’re “not instrument experts.”
We’re not experts either—but we are customers who trusted we were buying something functional. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the way we were treated. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop, especially if you’re purchasing items that require proper function, like musical instruments.

20 bucks offered for an XBox card one is an joke I bet if I was Hispanic I would of got an higher offer and this is the second time I have had to go to USA pawn instead because you guys are a joke.

Bought a little mixer here. They didn't know if it worked and wouldn't let me check to see if it works. They have an odd policy of charging you extra to guarantee that it works...and you can't bring it back the same day if it isn't working, you have to wait. That's just plain weird. They have a $2000 used G&L freeness bass. Good luck on that one. They usually have a few interesting guitars on the wall so that's a plus. The place across the street is way better.

Dave or Dan or someone clueless human tried telling me my ring was “magnetic” and thus fake. I said funny I just pawned it here last year. Ohhh my bad he says all of a sudden we can only give you what you got for it last time. Well, gold has gone up in the last 7 months by about $800. Long story short he tried to screw me over went across 22nd and pawned it for almost double. They’re liars and with as much competition as there is for lowlife pawn shops, I’m shocked this location is still in business.

Just recently came here a couple of days ago to sell a laptop and tablet. We were told by one associate that we could sell them without the chargers, but they were dead so he couldn’t buy them from us. Went to go and charge said items and returned the next day. Now a new associate told us we needed the chargers. We tried telling him “Well it wasn’t a problem yesterday so what happened?” He didn’t give us an answer and was very rude and dismissive. Wont be returning.

Staff is incredibly rude. We just called to asked about selling some consoles. The women who answered was super rude. She cut off my husband while he was talking and the hung up on us.

I don’t recommend here because no consideration !I was in the middle of vacation but going back to town by next day . I have a lay away for 5months and already in 4months to pay i even paid the half payment lay away of the month but then they don’t allow me to pay by next day first thing in the morning instead they will forfeit or put it back in display ! What a shame !!!! I was a loyal costumer for 4 years here but they don’t understand. How can you forfeit an item that’s been almost paid off ?
