Surf thru on Houghton this place is my favorite. Always clean and Maddie and Noah are very helpful. I take all my Co. vehicles to this location numerous times a month.

I frequent this location, Broadway/Pantano about every 2 wks and have never had a bad experience. There's a lot of younger kids working here and they have always been polite and thorough. The manager (taller older individual), works the entry gate and is very nice, as well. No issues of damage to my car and they always ask if any of the components on my vehicle will be compromised. Sometimes one of the vacuums (left-side far right end) doesn't have the best suction strength, so I just use another one.This location is convenient, clean, and the employees are very nice.Exactly what we need in a customer service-driven business.

This place used to do a decent job for a quick wash. Now it seems that for the past year or so the quality of wash is really low. Not sure if they need machine maintenance or a product change. I know you can ask to go through again but it’s still mediocre quality.

Hi, I have been a very loyal customer with surfthru for quite awhile and enjoy your business and how well you guys take care of me and my vehicles. Recently I have been going and getting very disrespected to the point I think Im going to cancel my membership there and make sure my friends and family don't go there as well. I've had to very bad and rude people continuously bringing conflict to my day when going to the surfthru on pantano. I did catch that one of them is a supervisor, and her name is Faith. It really disturbs me that your company would make such a disrespectful person a supervisor. She had no sense of respect or care for what I was trying to ask about my membership plan. She basically told me to leave and that she was too busy and didn't have time to deal with me and what I was asking. So I politely left thinking she was busy and left it at that. So the next day I came back in and tried asking the same question. She didn't respond to me instead chose to give me dirty looks and mumbled to another associate while pointing at me and looking at me, like she had held a grudge on me from the day prior even tho I was very nice to her even tho she wasn't to me. I'd like her to be spoken to and this brought to attention. Through out the week after me going again, she has been the same towards me, I'll no longer be going to surfthru after having someone as rude as her work there and even be a SUPERVISOR!! This is the place to go if like to have your car damaged and for them to take absolutely no responsibilty for it. I took my brand new car there and they scratched the vinyl wrap with the wooden brushes they use to prewash your car. Filed a complaint, manager said they would reach out to me in a week. 2 weeks later and they still haven't contacted me. So I go back and speak to the manager and he says that he looked at the video footage from when I went in and it wasn't them. I asked him to show me the video and conveniently they no longer had it. Read the reviews. There are tons of people giving this place 1 star review because they damage your car and refuse to take any responsiblity.

they guy was so rude to me for no reason. nobody told me to wait or anything and the sign is broken and then another worker is looking absolutely dumbfounded and then some guy who was not there in the first place says “that’s why you should have waited” and hands me the hub cap from my tire with no explanation or anything and begins spraying my car while my windows were down and I was asking him what happened

Great service! How? I had some white dealership window paint on my windows that was tough to come off they helped me by all mean get all the paint off. I went through twice more after my first run through the car wash. Thanks to Shalee & Chrissy in the front and Chris and Anthony scrubbing the cars before you go through for really scrubbing the paint off. Much appreciated, great customer service. **GIVE THESE PEOPLE A PAY RAISE!

I've had the membership for almost 3 years now. There are 4 levels of wash membership. All 4 have had price increases that have made the membership less of a value than it was. Also after raising my price I was told by tech when returning for rain... I dont get a 4 day rain check guarrantee anymore. What?In the beginning I felt like I got my $$ worth. I have the 3rd level so it's just 1 step down from "best" most expensive package. Since the increase in price I've noticed the quality declining consistently. My truck doesn't get completely clean. It looks dirt smeared and the armor all I pay extra for never gets put on all 4 tires. Literally everytime one side or the other gets missed. The dryers don't dry enough so you end up spotted. I'm going to give the 2 stars to the employees who I have always found to be nice. I think the parts that wash the vehicles must be full of road dirt & grease because other than smear the soap around they sure don't clean my car anymore.I'm actually on the site today to cancel my membership. I'm tired of them auto deducting on the 27th for the NEXT month (starts on the 1st ? ) making me lose 3 or 4 days that I can use remaining washes before surf thru deletes them. My price went up their quality went down. If it rains the day you wash, too bad for you. No I don't recommend them anymore. ? For the amount I'm paying I can go to the place where they do vacuuming, wipe down & windows for me.* ? thanks for the reply surf thru. I did cancel my membership. I actually have done the rewash when my schedule allows. I don't always have the time to go through wash a 2nd time. I definately recommend the brushes and strips of cloth (?) that touch the vehicles should be cleaned or replaced more often. They're grimy with black greasy stuff & of course that just gets wiped ON the vehicle. Also the auto deduct date should NOT be happening 4 days PRIOR to the actual renew date. One day before at most. You know you're stealing washes from people that way. It's just not cool to do that to loyal prepaid membership customers. ?

Went yesterday and got my car washed and did the express wash. It unfortunately rained at my house last night and is going to rain again today. I called to see if they offer a guarantee with their washes within 2 days of raining which most car wash places do. They told me for the $8 and $12 washes they don't offer it. They only offer it for $16 and $20 washes. I know it's only $8 but that is a lot if money to me that unfortunately got wasted. I don't think will return because I can't afford $16 and $20 car washes to receive that guarantee.

I stopped here after driving 968 miles and collected several bugs from each county I drove through. I asked which service would get them all off and Chris told me that if they do not come off, and I had time. To driver through again and he will pay for me to go through again. They didn’t and he did. The second time around it looked a lot better, didn’t clean them 100% but enough for going’s through a car wash. Thanks Chris for keep your word!

Arrived from out if state. Needed a wash bad. Saw on website they use Ceramic which is what I have on my vehicle. It was a easy in n and the wash did a fine job! Next we visit, Surf Thru Express, is the wash we will visit.

employees used a dry brush on my extremely dirty car scratching the car. brought it to management attention they said the would take care of it. after a month of back and forth the district manager said they reprimanded the employee for it but they are not responsible because the couldn't see the damage in the cameras, and that I caused the damage because i failed to report it before i pulled out. The damage was reported the next day they were open (2 days later due to weather they were closed) l will never recommend or use them again

The manager at the Surf thru car wash at River rd and Thornydale used his position for his own ego while not being honest in his words and later tried to falsify his actions. The manager does not promote the best interests of his employer. That being the case here, he lost his employer 2 customers. There are many other car wash businesses and I won't support one where customer service is not important and lying is tolerated. If a business tolerates wrongdoing, that owner promotes it.I am 69 years old and a good citizen.
