After going through the ultimate $20 car wash my car had spots that had been completely missed on the wheels and the rear windshield. This place didn't provide the cloth towels I have been provided at other places making the problem even worse. Those you must provide yourself or buy from the cashier. They limit the amount of car washes members can get to what you can count on a single hand, and limit the time at vacuums to 5 minutes. Overall, I don't feel the product lived up to basic expectations for the price.

Spots after drying. The so-called (new) manager (Chris) makes up new rules on the fly. Been going there for over 8 months, now all of a sudden "he" has a problem with my bike rack. He actually "banned" me after I clearly pointed out that their website begs to differ with his opinion. Filing a formal complaint as he banned, but offered no refund on my monthly. Looking forward to hearing back from corporate to see just how far I have to take this legally!

I went in for a wash and my car came out with white spots all over it that I can’t get out. All over the windows, and the whole car. I filed a damage report and no one has contacted me. It’s been two weeks. Ive tried to get these spots off and they will not come off without scratching the paint. Unless you want your cars exterior ruined don’t go here. You don’t even have the decency to call me and you respond to my review with lies to try and save face. These white spots were not on my car beforehand and I have evidence from my dash camera that they were not. I’ll be suing in small claims court. Please no one use this car wash.

I came here to wash my car today and my car battery dies while I was using the vacuums. Taylin (sp?) helped jump my car and told me not to stop until I got to the shop to get my battery changed. Good luck in med school young lady your kindness already is shining through! Thank you so much. Give this girl a raise!

This place rocks. The gents at the entry deserve a raise--they did a KNOCKOUT job pre-scrubbing my windshield and fenders (who does this, ever!?). Thanks dudes. For $8 Express and $14 unlimited and friendly service, it's a steal. The vacuums are among the best in town, too.

Tried this carwash across from Costco for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience (and now I shouldn't be surprised by so many high reviews)! This is a carwash where you remain in the car (put the gear in neutral) and let the operation slowly pull you through the entire process, from suds to power drying). We were cheerfully greeted at the entrance and advised of the 4 main options, from a modest $8 for plain wash (no wax) to $20+ for various add-ons. Tip: if you get one of the two top tier washes they automatically come with a 5-day rain guarantee... even during monsoon! If it rains within those five days, simply return (with receipt) and you'll get a free "makeup" wash. Nice peace of mind for those (like me) who feel jinxed that whenever they scrub their car, it invariably rains. Once you're through the power dryers you can easily exit back onto Wilmot/Costco parking lot or you can u-turn into one of their 12 vacuuming bays. They are wide, clean, canopy shaded with both garbage and recycle bins beside each bay, and free (powerful) vacuum hoses to self-clean your floors and trunk. Bring a microfiber cloth and you can also do some fine tuning with any lingering water streaks. A great all-around experience.

There are different levels of wash from basic to extreme. The detail area is covered with easy access to vacuums and vent dust blowers. Also available is a mat washer for a nominal fee. They have monthly, yearly, and family packages, as well as a buy 4, get 1 free option.

Needed to get some bird remnants and dust off my car. Just went with the $8 express wash, was very impressed that the car came out super clean and the soft water rinse didn't leave any annoying water spots. Vacuums were great too. Will stop back around next time in the neighborhood.

Great place to get your car washed. Attentive, friendly staff and clean facility. The attendant named Chaz helped me decide which wash to go with, and boy, was he right! The car is soooo shiny! I will be coming here often. Thanks, everyone!!

Basic is $8 which is less than Mister. Carwash. I miss the pre-pandemic $3 car washes but what can you do. The complementary trash bag and dash wipe are nice as well as the level of customer service. On this visit, all the crusty bird "gifts" and tree sap didn't come all the way off 1st time through so they happily waved me through for a 2nd pass with extra brush scrub up front. That was appreciated.

I wish I can give this place zero stars as they don’t deserve any. I took my new truck through the wash and drove straight home, which is 5 miles away. When I got home I was taking boxes out of the back and noticed a cracked taillight. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady about the issue. She said she will give the information to the manger, Sam, and he will call me back. I never received a call from Sam and decided to call back the next day. Sam said he was planning to call me to inform me that he watched the tape and did not notice any broken rear glass. I told him it was not the glass it was the tail light. I decided then to drive there to show him the damage and file a claim. Sam took some information and pictures. I told him the 2 employees who use brushes before the cars go into the wash area are very rough and aggressive, and I believe thats what caused the damage. Sam promised to review the tape again and submit the claim to the area manager. A week and a half later I had to call as they never follow up. Sam said oh I was about to call you to let you know the claim was denied. I asked to watch the tape and was told that’s not allowed or possible. I spoke with the area manager who was very defensive and said there was nothing he can do. I asked him if I can watch the tape and he said that was not possible because the taper was erased. I decided to call the corporate office and spoke with Jasmine. She took the information and promised a call back. Again a week goes by and no call, so I decided to call. She said the area manager is the one making the decisions on behalf of the owners and there is no way for me, the customer, to contact anyone else. When I asked her why the tape was erased, she contradicted the area manager and said the tape was not erased and I can’t review it. Obviously someone was lying. Before I said anything else she hung up. I called right back and left a message about her unprofessional behavior.Read most of the reviews that have a complaint and their way of dealing with customer concerns. This business deserves an F and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. There is a car was up the street with better service and quality people.6/16/2023-In response to the "Response from the Owner".The response is very disingenuous and similar the response for every complaint or negative review. If you truly want to resolve the issue, you should try to contact the customer, and not give a false assumption that the damage was pre-existing. If your “high definition” cameras showed the damage prior to the vehicle entering the car wash, then why not share the footage with the customer? Your area manager stated the tape was erased, while Jasmin at your office said that was not true and the tape is available; however, it’s not company policy to share with customers. Dealing with your staff, especially the area manager, Burke Gill, was difficult as they were defensive, did not listen, rude, and arrogant. The light cover is $300 so it’s not a big deal. Your area manager decided to lose a fleet customer and more important negative reviews. Last, as I mentioned the person who answers the phone, Jasmin, hung up for no reason. I was questioning why your area manager told me the tape was erased and she contradicted him and assured me the tape was not erased. Hanging up on a customer who was calmly asking a question about contradicting information tells me about your company culture and how you handle complaints.

For the value the unlimited washes are nice plus the vacuums are always good. Its an automatic car wash so you're always gonna have a few spots, but most of the grunt work is done for you. If you have a car that you want to keep clean run it through the wash then valet the inside yourself once a week. I personally then go over my black trims with product and a sealant to keep it looking good for the next week.
